  • Publication number: 20230157373
Abstract: Various embodiments of a system for generating an inhalable aerosol are described. The system includes a vaporizable material insert containing a vaporizable material. The vaporizer device including a heating system. The heating system including a heating element positioned adjacent a vaporizable material compartment. The vaporizable material compartment configured to receive the vaporizable material insert. The heating system including an airflow pathway extending along the vaporizable material compartment. The temperature of the heating element may be adjusted such that a consistent total particulate matter (TPM) is delivered with each successive puff. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.

  • Publication number: 20220322742
Abstract: Various embodiments of a system for generating an inhalable aerosol are described. In some embodiments, the system includes a vaporizer device with a heating system configured to heat a vaporizable material insert. The heating system can include a heating element positioned adjacent a vaporizable material compartment configured to receive the vaporizable material insert. The heating system can include a compression plate configured to press the vaporizable material insert against the heating element. The heating system can include an airflow pathway extending along the vaporizable material compartment. Various embodiments of vaporizer material inserts that can be included and used with the system are also described. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.

  • Publication number: 20220183366
Abstract: A vaporizer device including a vaporizer cartridge configured to efficiently and effectively heat a non-liquid vaporizable material is described. The vaporizer cartridge may include a heating element configured to vaporize the vaporizable material by delivery of heat to the vaporizable material. The cartridge may include a cartridge contact in electrical communication with the heating element. The cartridge contact may be configured to couple to a receptacle contact along a vaporizer body of the vaporizer device having a power source to allow power to pass from the power source to the heating element. The heating element can include electrically resistive features such that current traveling along the heating element can cause the heating element to increase in temperature to within a desired temperature range. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.

  • Patent number: 11326965
Abstract: A transducer structure for converting a deformation along an axis into a corresponding deformation on a plane orthogonal to the axis itself, including: two end plates facing each other and aligned along a common reference axis (X); connection members projecting radially from each end plate according to respective different directions; lateral bars connecting the end plates to one another through two connection members. The connection members are deformable within respective deformation planes to allow relative movements between the end plates and the lateral bars such as to convert an axial movement of mutual approach between the two end plates into a corresponding radial movement of the lateral bars away from the reference axis (X), and vice-versa.

  • Publication number: 20220053828
Abstract: Various embodiments of a system for generating an inhalable aerosol are described. The system includes a insert configured to be inserted into a compartment of a vaporizer device. In some embodiments, the insert includes a jacket defining an inner chamber configured to contain a vaporizable material and a heating element configured to heat the vaporizable material, thereby generating the inhalable aerosol. In some embodiments, the insert may include a filter at least partly saturated with a second vaporizable material and configured to generate a vapor when heated by the heating element, thereby forming a mixture of inhalable aerosol. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.
