  • Publication number: 20260253670
Abstract: Systems and methods for diagnosing a disease, a condition, or a characteristic in a subject are provided. In one such method, a future severity of an infection or inflammatory disease in a subject afflicted with the infection or inflammatory disease is predicted by obtaining a plurality of methylation levels. Each respective methylation level in the plurality of methylation levels represents a corresponding methylation level at a CpG site at a corresponding genetic locus in a plurality of genetic loci in a biological sample obtained from the subject. The plurality of methylation levels are inputted into a model comprising a plurality of parameters, where the model applies the plurality of parameters to the plurality of methylation levels to generate as output from the model an indication as to future severity of an infection or inflammatory disease in the subject.

  • Patent number: 12719349
Abstract: A machine learning based control scheme for a buck converter achieves fast and more energy efficient regulation of power supply change using a machine learning module that predicts upcoming supply droop or overshoot. The prediction results may be sent to a buck converter to provide power regulation in time so that the buck converter can mitigate the droop or overshoot. An event-based detection and reaction control circuit, serving as “safety net” may address mispredictions. The machine learning module may consider a microprocessor's internal operation states and earlier supply voltages. The event-based control circuit nay include both a fast droop response circuit and a slow droop response circuit that address different supply droop scenarios.

  • Publication number: 20260245272
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for generating a synthesized digital image based on reference digital images and a case prompt. In one or more embodiments, the disclosed systems determine one or more reference digital images and a case prompt including a natural language description of a target digital image in response to a request. The disclosed systems utilize an encoder neural network to generate image patch embeddings from the one or more reference digital images with one or more role indicators for the one or more reference digital images and noise patch embeddings from latent noise. The disclosed systems combine the image patch embeddings, the noise patch embeddings, and a case prompt encoding to form a composite embedding. The disclosed systems utilize a diffusion neural network to generate a synthesized digital image based on the composite embeddings and the one or more role indicators.

  • Patent number: 12711525
Abstract: A cost-focused determination of whether to deliver an electronic advertisement or notice to a particular user can be made through a cumulative consideration of the predicted return on investment over each of a plurality of electronic channels. A plurality of channel-specific budget values are calculated for the user, one for each channel, each setting an upper spending limit for advertisement to the user over that channel based on the user's information and their activity on the channel. A global budget is calculated for the user using a weighted aggregation of the channel-specific values, information about the user and their activity with the advertiser, and consideration of “overlap” effects of advertising to the same user on several channels. When managing whether to deliver an advertisement over a channel, if the channel-specific value is lower than the global budget, the advertisement is delivered, and the global budget is decreased by a complementary amount.
