    Abstract: Provided is a kit for rapid detection of avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) based on a CRISPR/Cas13a system. The method is based on the combination of the CRISPR/Cas13a system and recombinase aided amplification (RAA) for ALV-J detection. An oligonucleotide probe is designed as a substrate for CRISPR/Cas13a trans-cleavage and produces a detectable signal. The method can substantially improve detection sensitivity by amplifying a detection signal twice by RAA and T7 transcription. The detection method further exhibits excellent specificity, allowing for clear differentiate from other avian viruses. It does not require expensive experimental equipment and special laboratory environment, and it is rapid and efficient. The method is of great significance for biological research and on-site detection of ALV-J.

    Abstract: A method and an equipment for comprehensive utilization of niobite is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: S1. adding and uniformly mixing a coal-based reducing agent to the niobite, and subsequently reducing the mixture in a reduction furnace to obtain the selective reduction product; S2. adding the selective reduction product to a super-gravity reactor where the ambient temperature is controlled to be lower than the temperature at which the niobium oxide is reduced; driven by super-gravity, reverse migrating and collecting the metal iron and the niobium-rich slag at different locations in the reactor; discharging the metallic iron tightly attached to the wall of the reactor through an iron discharging port, and discharging the niobium-rich slag enriched to the inner layer of the reactor through a slag discharging port, so that the separation of the metallic iron and the niobium-rich slag is realized in the super-gravity field.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a DNA polymerase mutant and the use thereof. Compared with a wild type, the mutant provided in the present invention has a significantly improved DNA polymerization activity, significantly improved affinity to DNA and amplification uniformity; and has good effects in the amplification of multiplex PCR, high-GC templates and complex templates. A hot-start-version DNA polymerase is further prepared by means of using antibodies or chemical modifications, wherein the yield of the DNA polymerase is significantly improved, while the primer dimer is significantly decreased. The prepared mutant hot-start DNA polymerase can be applied to PCR amplification of multiplex PCR, high-GC templates and complex templates.
