    Abstract: This application discloses a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: A first cell may send a first SSB, where the first SSB is an SSB used for initial access. The first cell may further send a second SSB, where the second SSB is an SSB used for cell handover or cell reselection. According to the method, the first cell may separately send the first SSB used for initial access and the second SSB used for cell handover or cell reselection. In this way, when a terminal device needs to access the first cell, the first cell may send the first SSB; or when the terminal device needs to hand over or reselect to the first cell, the first cell may send the second SSB, so that the SSB can be sent based on a requirement.

The content delivery settings are transmitted to a serving system. A determination component of the serving system accesses user data associated with the user that indicates user preferences. Based on the QoS level and channel load, HARQ feedback characteristics may be determined. The WTRU may then transmit an SCI to another WTRU which indicates the HARQ feedback characteristics. In an embodiment, the mapping rule may indicate that a HARQ feedback format is to be used for HARQ feedback of the data. The data may be transmitted and HARQ feedback of the data may be received in accordance with the HARQ feedback format. Groupcast data may be transmitted to a plurality of WTRUs and feedback my be received.

Thereby is achieved a SiNx/InAlGaN/GaN heterostructure having an ultrathin barrier layer, which is suitable to fabricate HEMT elements. The present invention needn't take sample out of the reaction chamber and thus can prevent the heterostructure from oxidation and damage.

    Abstract: We have discovered a process for catalytic production of olefins comprising passing a feed stream to an isomerization unit to provide a first hydrocarbon stream rich in iso-paraffins. The first hydrocarbon stream is contacted with a first stream of fluid catalyst in a first reactor riser to produce a first mixture of spent catalyst and product gases. The first mixture of spent catalyst and product gases is separated into a first cracked product stream and a first stream of cool catalyst. A dilute ethylene stream is separated from the first cracked product stream which is oligomerized to produce a second hydrocarbon stream comprising C4+ oligomers. The second hydrocarbon stream is contacted with a second stream of fluid catalyst in a second reactor riser to produce a second mixture of spent catalyst and product gases.
