    Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a reference signal configuration method. The method includes: obtaining, by the base station, a first time-domain location of a reference signal of a first cell, and mapping the reference signal of the first cell to one or more resource elements based on the first time-domain location, where there is an offset between the first time-domain location and a second time-domain location of a reference signal of a second cell, the first cell is a cell in which the base station is located, and a service area of the second cell is different from that of the first cell; and sending, by the base station, the reference signal of the first cell. According to the embodiment, mutual interference of reference signal transmission in cells can be avoided, and signal transmission efficiency and signal transmission quality can be improved.

The transmission method includes: determining, by a network device, a resource block offset of a frequency domain position of a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) of a terminal device based on PTRS information of the terminal device, an identifier of the terminal device, and first bandwidth, where the PTRS information includes a frequency domain density or a frequency domain interval of the PTRS, and the first bandwidth is bandwidth scheduled by the network device for the terminal device; and performing, by the network device, transmission of the PTRS with the terminal device based on the resource block offset of the frequency domain position of the PTRS. The reference signal transmission method provided in embodiments of this application is helpful in randomizing PTRS interference.

The implantation can be performed at tilted angles to achieve sub-lithographic implanted regions that are self-aligned to pre-existing photoresist or hard-mask features over the masking layer on the surface of a substrate. A higher density of features can be achieved in an IC layer than are present in an overlying masking layer with the use of ion implantation.
