    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cover window structure, including a transparent substrate and a hard coating layer disposed on the transparent substrate, wherein a region near a contact surface between the transparent substrate and the hard coating layer forms a molecular exchange layer by a molecular exchange method, and a hardness of the molecular exchange layer is greater than a hardness of the transparent substrate and is less than a hardness of the hard coating layer. The present disclosure further provides an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device which includes the cover window structure of the present disclosure, and by using this cover window structure design, bending resistance of the cover window structure is effectively improved.

    Abstract: A method is provided for measuring a wake up indicator, where the wake up indicator gives the likelihood of a user waking up undesirably. It is based on the knowledge that waking up during deep NREM sleep is not desirable due to sleep inertia and on the recognition that it is also undesirable to wake up during REM sleep due to atonia. A sleep inertia estimation is determined to estimate if the user is in NREM sleep and an atonia estimation is determined to estimate if the user is in REM sleep. The wake up indicator is determined from the sleep inertia estimation and the atonia estimation. The wake up indicator thus may be used as an indicator for the time when it is suitable to wake up the user in a way which avoids arousal from a deep sleep state or from REM sleep, during which atonia may arise.

    Abstract: A flexible display device is provided. The flexible display device includes a display module, a heat plate, a heat collecting component, and a heat conducting tube connecting the heat plate to the heat collecting component. The heat plate transmits heat to a bending portion of the display module when the display module is in an expanded state. By collecting the heat during the operation, the collected heat is applied to the warped bending portion when the flexible display device is flattened, so that the warped bending portion is restored to be flat, thereby improving the product appearance and product stability.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a manufacturing method of a flexible OLED display panel, including: providing a rigid substrate and forming a flexible substrate on the rigid substrate; forming a thin film transistor array layer on the flexible substrate; forming an OLED display unit on the thin film transistor array layer; forming an encapsulation layer on the OLED display unit; forming a protection cover on the encapsulation layer; and peeling the rigid substrate from the flexible substrate by using a laser lift-off process. The present disclosure is uses a coating process or a printing process to form each layer structure in a flexible OLED display panel. The manufacturing method effectively reduces the total thickness of the device and increases the adhesion between the layers so as to avoid the problem that the flexible OLED display panel is wrinkled or peeled when bent.
