    Abstract: Provided are an Internet of Things rule engine-based terminal control method and apparatus, and a device and a medium. The method comprises: parsing, by using a thing model, terminal data reported by a target terminal, so as to obtain parsed data, and storing same in a pulsar message queue, such that pluggable extension plugins and decoupling are realized; performing data enhancement on the parsed data, thereby effectively enhancing the relevance between pieces of data; processing the enhanced data by using a calcite framework and a data processing rule, so as to obtain target data; performing format conversion on the target data by means of an interface of a linkage terminal, which is determined on the basis of a linkage rule; and according to a terminal linkage rule and converted data, controlling the linkage terminal to perform linkage, thereby realizing linkage between terminals according to a rule engine.

The method comprises: in response to a device online instruction, acquiring a login message and device identification information and sending to an Internet of Things server; if they pass the verification of the Internet of Things server, loading a preset PGW network element configuration first-level script, and pushing acquired card information to the Internet of Things server; receiving a cloud object storage address which corresponds to the card information; if a data uploading request is detected, loading a preset PGW network element configuration second-level script, and sending the cloud object storage address to the Internet of Things server for legitimacy verification; and if it passes the legitimacy verification, sending the card information and acquired device data to the Internet of Things server. An automatic cloud-card binding function is realized.

    Abstract: Provided is a rice mitochondrial sterile gene and the application thereof. A rice mitochondrial sterile gene and a coding sequence thereof are disclosed. A specific molecular marker was designed from said gene sequence and enables a rapid and effective screening and identification of D1-type cytoplasm from wild rice for breeding a new D1-type cytoplasm sterile line. A specific sequence in the mitochondria genome of D1-type cytoplasm sterile line was identified by comparative genomics. Sterility-related ORFs were identified from gene prediction and expression difference analysis. A plant transformation vector was constructed to transform maintainer line for verification and sterile function.

The present invention is carried out through inoculating Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JP21 or combines with urease into the grains for fermentation. The content of EC and urea in the fermented grains after 5-day fermentation could reduce 30.16% and 50.05% respectively, With an addition of the B. amyloliquefaciens during grains fermentation, EC and urea levels are successfully controlled, and at the same time aroma and tastes of Chinese liquor hasn't been affected.
