Abstract: A multi-scale aggregation pattern analysis method for a complex traffic network is provided, which belongs to the field of the highway traffic network. Firstly, an adjacency matrix, a position attribute matrix, a distance weight matrix, a road grade matrix, and a time-phased traffic congestion degree matrix of a highway traffic network are calculated; secondly, a weight influence factor of the road network is incorporated based on a PageRank algorithm to determine order of critical nodes; finally, a two-dimensional decision diagram is drawn by two indicators: order of critical nodes and a shortest path distance. A new weighting matrix which accords with the actual situation of the road network is obtained by incorporating a position weight matrix, a distance weight matrix, a road grade weight matrix and a dynamic traffic congestion degree weight matrix based on a similarity matrix of the spectral clustering.

Abstract: A target tracking method and device are provided. The method includes: determining a vertical projection integral image and a horizontal projection integral image of a first region in a current frame of image captured; calculating a vertical projection curve and a horizontal projection curve of a target image in the current frame of image by utilizing the vertical projection integral image and the horizontal projection integral image of the first region; calculating a similarity between the target image in the current frame of image and the target image in a previous frame of image according to the vertical projection curve and the horizontal projection curve; and determining whether the target image in the current frame of image is a target image to be tracked according to the similarity.

Abstract: A method and device for positioning human eyes are disclosed. The method includes: acquiring an input image; performing grayscale processing to the image to extract a grayscale feature; extracting a candidate human eye area in the image by employing a center-periphery contrast filter algorithm according to the grayscale feature; extracting left and right eye candidate areas respectively from the candidate human eye area through a pre-created human eye statistical model; and checking pairing on the left and right eye candidate areas to determine positions of left and right eyes.

Abstract: A method for compressing a local feature descriptor includes that: at least one local feature descriptor of a target image is selected; and multi-stage vector quantization is carried out on the selected at least one local feature descriptor according to a pre-set code book, and the local feature descriptor is quantized as a feature code stream, wherein the feature code stream includes serial numbers of code words obtained by means of the multi-stage vector quantization. A device for compressing a local feature descriptor and a storage medium are also provided.

Abstract: A method, device and system for multi-speed playing are disclosed. The method includes the following steps: a client reads a multi-speed media file of a program and plays the program on a second screen in a multi-speed mode, wherein the client includes a first screen and the second screen; the client plays the program on the first screen in a normal-speed mode. The disclosure solves the problems in related art of single multi-speed playing mode and poor user experience, increases flexibility of the multi-speed playing mode and improves the user experience.
