    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and device for managing binding information on the network side are provided. The method includes the following steps: an entity on a network side sends a Binding Revocation Indication (BRI) message to an entity which stores binding relations of mobile nodes (MNs), where the binding relation includes a mapping between a home of address (HoA) of an MN and plurality of care of addresses (CoAs) of the MN and the BRI message includes at least one CoA ID; and the entity which stores the binding relations of MNs deletes the corresponding binding relation of at least one CoA ID in the BRI message after receiving the BRI message from the entity on the network side. Thus, with the present invention, the network side can delete the binding relation between a specified CoA and an HoA in the case of plurality of CoAs, which makes it easier to maintain corresponding binding relations.

The processor receives a message having an identifier, the identifier identifying a destination address of the message. The processor selects an EVI link interface from a set of EVI link interfaces having a first EVI link interface and a second EVI link interface each associated with the identifier, wherein the first EVI link interface interfaces with the first Hub-ED and the second EVI link interface interfaces with the second Hub-ED. The processor also sends the message to one of the first Hub-ED or the second Hub-ED via the EVI link interface selected from the set of EVI link interfaces.

A network side device records in real time a timestamp of a media packet of a multicast media stream which enters a buffer, and a key frame which enters the buffer; when a terminal's channel changing request has been detected, obtains a first timestamp of a media packet which enters the buffer at a channel changing request moment, and a second timestamp of a media packet in which a key frame which is of the target channel and is the last to enter the buffer is located in the media packet; determines a timestamp difference between the first timestamp and the second timestamp; and transmits the timestamp difference and a burst media stream of the target channel to the terminal. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a delay in playing the multicast media stream by the terminal is reduced.
