Abstract: A sulfinate glycosyl donor of formula I and a method for preparing same as well as use thereof in preparing a glycoside compound including a thioglycoside compound and a carbon glycoside compound are provided. The sulfinate glycosyl donor has a special sulfinate structure. When the sulfinate glycosyl donor is used as a raw material to prepare the glycoside compound, an additional initiator does not need to be added, such that the production cost is saved, the generation of byproducts is reduced, and the glycoside compound with a purity greater than 98% is obtained. The sulfinate glycosyl donor can be used in the preparation of the glycoside compound such as the thioglycoside compound and the carbon glycoside compound.

Abstract: A method for the glycosylation modification of proteins and/or polypeptides uses glycosyl sulfinate as a raw material. The method for glycosylation and modification is applicable not only to proteins and/or peptides containing disulfide bonds, but also to proteins and/or peptides containing sulfhydryl groups. The method is even applicable to proteins and/or peptides containing both disulfide bonds and sulfhydryl groups.

Abstract: In a method for preparing an aryl carbon glycoside compound including a gliflozin drug, a sulfinate glycosyl donor represented by formula W is used as a raw material to prepare the aryl carbon glycoside compound including the gliflozin drug. The method does not need to use an additional initiator.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a color-resist composition and a display panel, and the color-resist composition includes a photocurable resin and a photosensitive monomer. The photosensitive monomer has a chemical structure provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure. The photocurable resin is correspondingly selected from the photocurable resin in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The crosslinking degree of the photocurable resin can be enhanced by adding the photosensitive monomer to the photocurable resin during a preparation process to form a color-resist film layer, which improves the overall performance of the display panel.

Abstract: A glycosyl donor represented by formula (I) is used for preparing an S-glycoside compound represented by formula (III), an O-glycoside compound represented by formula (V), and a C-glycoside compound represented by formula (V). The glycosyl donor is a raw material in the preparation of O-glycoside, S-glycoside, and C-glycoside compounds by means of a free radical reaction, most of which have a special ? configuration.

Abstract: An electric boiler device based on utilization of residual energy of an elevator includes a heat storage module, an electric heating module and a control module. A heat storage water tank of the heat storage module is replenished with water from a tap water pipe network, and a preheating unit of the heat storage module converts the residual energy of the elevator into heat energy of the heat storage water tank by using an energy consumption resistor. The control module replenishes a heating water tank with water by delivering preheated water to the electric heating module according to a water level of the heating water tank, and controls a heating unit of the electric heat module to heat the heating water tank according to a user-set temperature, and heated hot water is provided through a user water supply pipe network.

Abstract: A plurality of thin film transistors (TFTs) and a plurality of photo detectors (PDs) are disposed inside a display component. The plurality of PDs convert detected light into electrical signals. The plurality of PDs and the plurality of TFTs are disposed on two opposite inner side surfaces of a same layer of the display component. Projections of the plurality of PDs and the plurality of TFTs on a first plane are alternately distributed, and the first plane is a plane on which the layer at which the plurality of PDs and the plurality of TFT layers are disposed is located. Fingerprint recognition accuracy can be improved by configuring a display screen including the display component provided in the embodiments of this application. In addition, PDs of different quantities are flexibly arranged, to ensure that a large region of the display screen can be used for fingerprint recognition.

The grounding face is provided with a first grounding section adjacent to the first feeding-in section, a third grounding section adjacent to third feeding-in section and a fourth grounding section adjacent to the fourth feeding-in section.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet and a preparation method thereof. The sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet includes the following raw materials in mass percentage: 1%-40% of an iron powder or a steel powder with a magnetic induction intensity of more than 1.2 T, not more than 10% of a praseodymium-neodymium metal hydride powder, and a remainder of a neodymium-iron-boron fine powder, wherein the mass percentages of the above raw materials add up to 100%. The preparation method includes: weighing the raw materials in mass percentage; mixing the weighed raw materials uniformly, and then subjecting to magnetic-field press molding, isostatic pressing, sintering and tempering to obtain the sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for detecting risk via a server system that receives, based on user activity at a device, an indication of a trigger event corresponding to a potential electronic communication. After receiving the trigger event indication and prior to receiving an indication of initiation of the electronic communication, the system executes a set of computations for the communication, including performing a multi-hop query to a graph database storing a graphical representation of a plurality of communications and storing results of the execution. In response to initiation of the electronic communication, the system retrieves, using information corresponding to entities involved in the electronic communication, one or more portions of the results of executing the set of computations the database. The system determines, based on the retrieved results, whether to approve the electronic communication.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for implementing cross-zone communication for computing zones executing different coding protocols. A server computer system may receive, via a proxy layer of a first instance of an application executing within a first computing zone according to a first set of coding protocols, a request for a service executed via a second instance of the application in a second computing zone according to a second, different set of coding protocols. The system may alter, via a remote layer of the first instance, a set of data specified in the request to comply with the second, set of protocols. The system may transmit, via the remote layer of the first instance to a remote layer of the second instance, the altered set of data. The system may advantageously provide a simplified development interface allowing for both development and testing within a local environment without deployment of multiple different services.

Abstract: A method for operating a graph database, including receiving, by a computer system, a query to a particular graph database, the query identifying a plurality of vertices of the particular graph database. The method further includes performing, by the computer system, hash operations on two or more of the plurality of vertices to generate respective hash values and dividing, using the respective hash values, the query into a plurality of sub-queries, each corresponding to a subset of the plurality of vertices. The method also includes sending, by the computer system, ones of the plurality of sub-queries to a plurality of database repositories for the particular graph database.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for assisting a user to identify and evaluate features for use in a machine learning model configured to perform a task. Based on graph data associated with a graph data structure, a user interface is provided on a device. Based on user inputs received via the user interface, a feature candidate for the machine learning model is determined. The feature candidate is associated with a particular way of traversing the graph data structure to obtain attribute values associated with one or more vertices and/or one or more edges in the graph data structure. Based on the attribute values, a value corresponding to the feature candidate can be calculated. The value can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the feature candidate in performing the task. The feature candidate can then be incorporated into the machine learning model as one of the input features.

The method includes activating, using the speaker identifier, a particular sub-model for biasing the speech conversion model to recognize a type of the atypical speech associated with the target speaker identified by the speaker identifier.

Abstract: An electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) capable of holding, heating, and quantitatively supplying a gelled electronic liquid (e-liquid) is provided. The e-cigarette includes an upper housing, a lower housing, a gel container, a press and reset mechanism, and an aerosol channel. The gelled e-liquid is supplied quantitatively to a heating chamber by manually pressing the press and reset mechanism. The user can adjust the time interval between pressing and releasing the press and reset mechanism according to the needs of the user for each inhalation by adjusting the length of the gelled e-liquid stick supplied to the heating chamber. Besides, a holder is provided therein with heating plates at different positions, and the holder also serves as a heating element. The design avoids the need to provide the heating element and the heating chamber separately, which reduces the volume of the smoking device.

The preparation device includes a negative-pressure chamber and a cooling element, where the negative-pressure chamber is provided therein with a porous e-liquid containing chamber. A temperature controller is configured to control the temperature of the cooling element, and a gap between the porous e-liquid containing chamber and the cooling element forms an e-liquid containing cavity.
