Abstract: A folding bed frame that includes four vertical faces: two ends and two sides. Each face is formed by two slanting bars that are cross hinged together. The upper and lower ends of adjacent slanting bar sets are hinged together to form the whole frame structure. The two vertical faces are corresponding or symmetric, and each includes two sets of slanting bar sets that are hinged through to middle sections of the upper and lower angle plates. There is a vertical rod part on the cross-hinging point of each set of slanting bar set, and its movable position is set by a slide bushing. There is a barrier that is on the cross-hinging point of one of the slanting bars. The barrier can contact the upper part vertical bar, and form two support points with the slide bushing for the vertical bar part.

Abstract: A braking caster is provided that includes casters, a frame, braking plates, and springs. One end of a spring is hung on to the spring hook of the brake plate, and the other end is hung on to the frame. As the unstable status is caused by the spring swinging with the brake plate to the position of the rivet, the manually driven brake handle bypasses the unstable status, and can achieve stable braking and released statuses.

Abstract: An expandable canopy tent frame includes two sets of four-bar linkage with overlapping and staggered central axial lines. The central axial hinge point and the side edge hinge point of the two linkage sets are aligned. The central axial hinge points have a lateral bar. The two ends of the lateral bar pass through the slide bushings on the side edge hinge points, and the slide bushings form the support with both sides of the lateral bar. The main structure has at least one fixed end and can be fixed on objects by utilizing that fixed end.

Abstract: A chair leg bridge connector is shown. The bridge connector is made of stamp-molded steel plate. Two sets of curve sections face the same direction. The two bent surfaces of each set are parallel, and through hole is provided for rivet or axis to pass through. The through hole axial lines of the two sets of curve sections have a corner angle to allow bridge positioning of the two facade supporting frames. Butterfly chairs that use this type of bridge connector with reinforcement warp plate at the tube hinging spot can be directly formed using lighter tubes to make the structure more mobile.

A sitting section includes cushion and backrest and material of cushion is same as that of hem. A backrest is composed of webbing with one end sewn to hem and the other to cushion's edge. Abstract: Technical fields of building external wall decoration and outdoor furniture material manufacturing, providing a durable inorganic particle board and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method includes: (1) mixing heat-vulcanized silicone rubber with an organic solvent to obtain a sealant solution; (2) mixing calcium chloride, sodium dodecyl sulfate and water to obtain a curing agent solution; (3) spraying the sealant solution on the surface of a shaving to mix with the curing agent solution, an inorganic adhesive and water to obtain a mixture; (4) sequentially laying and hot-pressing the mixture to obtain a pre-molded material; and (5) sequentially curing and drying the pre-molded material to obtain the durable inorganic particle board. The inorganic particle board prepared by the method of the present invention can be well applied to outdoor decoration and outdoor furniture manufacturing, has good durability and a long service life.

Abstract: Technical fields of building external wall decoration and material manufacturing, providing a mildewproof and antirot high-strength cement particle board and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: (1) sequentially carbonizing and water-washing a shaving, and mixing the obtained carbonized shaving with a cement gelling agent, a curing agent aqueous solution and water to obtain a mixture; (2) molding the mixture to obtain a pre-molded material; and (3) sequentially curing and drying the pre-molded material to obtain the mildewproof and antirot high-strength cement particle board. Compared to ordinary cement particle board, which is not subjected to carbonization treatment and water-washing, the cement particle board of the present invention can effectively avoid mildew and rot, and can significantly improve the mechanical strength and durability thereof, helping to extend the service life of the cement particle board.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for quick hot-press forming of laminated wood. The method includes: drying a machined small wood material to a moisture content of 5-8 wt %; gluing the dried small wood material, and assembling and laying the dried small wood material to be a square material or a sheet material, where an adhesive for the gluing is a water-soluble adhesive having a solid content of 45-60 wt %; clamping the square material or the sheet material through a three-dimensional metal clamp; sending the clamped square material or sheet material together with the clamp into a microwave heating machine for microwave heating to obtain a formed laminated wood, where the time from the gluing to the entry into the microwave heating machine is controlled to not exceed 15 min.

Abstract: The invention is to a type of disassemblable folding chair that includes supports legs on two sides and an upholstered seat back. The support legs include front-tilting support bars and rear-tilting support bars that are cross-hinged with movable hinge joints. Within this structure, the front-tilting support bars on the two sides and the rear-tilting support bars on the two sides are joined together by two cross-hinged diagonal bars. One end of the diagonal bars is directly hinged onto the two front-tilting and rear-tilting support bars; the other end is hinged on the front-tilting and rear-tilting support bars via a detachable structure. When disassembled, the two support legs can be folded together.
