Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle-mounted woofer device and a design method therefor. The vehicle-mounted woofer device comprises a box body and a woofer disposed in the box body. The woofer comprises a cone. The cone has a front surface facing the interior of a cabin and a rear surface opposite to the front surface. A cavity is formed between the rear surface of the cone and the box body. A main waveguide for communicating the cavity with the outside is disposed in the box body. A secondary waveguide is further disposed in the box body. The main waveguide and the secondary waveguide are each provided with an inlet in communication with the cavity. The main waveguide is provided with an outlet for communicating with the outside of the cabin, and the secondary waveguide is provided with an outlet for communicating with the outside or inside of the cabin.

Abstract: A coaxial loudspeaker with a horn and a shape optimization method therefor are provided. The coaxial loudspeaker includes: a woofer unit; a tweeter unit; and a horn having an inner cavity, an open upper end and an open lower end. The tweeter unit comprises a high-pitch cone, the horn surrounds the high-pitch cone, a lower end portion of the horn is connected to the tweeter unit, and an upper end portion of the horn has the largest inner diameter.

Abstract: Disclosure is a loudspeaker frame, comprising a frame body, and a fastener for mounting the frame body in an application scenario. The fastener comprises a connecting column having a proximal end being directly or indirectly connected to the frame body and a distal end; and fins arranged in pairs and respectively located on two sides of the connecting column, wherein each of the fins has a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end of each of the fins is connected to the distal end of the connecting column, a gap is formed between the proximal end of each of the fins and the connecting column, and each of the fins has elasticity so as to allow the fin to draw close to the connecting column after being pressed.

Abstract: A pedestrian warning device, comprising a warning device body having a cavity and an open end portion, and a sound-generating device mounted inside the cavity, wherein the pedestrian warning device further comprises a grille cover arranged on the end portion of the warning device body; the grille cover comprises at least two grille layers spaced at intervals from the inside to the outside, each of the grille layers comprising a plurality of crossbeams, the crossbeams being arranged at intervals so as to form gaps to enable gas to flow between adjacent crossbeams, and wherein a width of the gaps is not greater than a width of the crossbeams, and the crossbeams of adjacent grille layers are interleaved with each other. The grille cover can protect internal component of the pedestrian warning device and will not affect the performance of the pedestrian warning device.
