Abstract: A locking mechanism for engaging with a threaded rod, the locking mechanism comprises a locking member defining a locking hole axially and a plurality of mounting grooves arranged along a periphery of the locking member, the mounting grooves communicating with the locking hole, and at least three connection lines of each of the mounting grooves defining a rectangular triangle or an acute triangle; a plurality of threaded assemblies, wherein each of the threaded assemblies is rotatably received in each of the mounting grooves, each of the threaded assemblies is substantially perpendicular to a radial direction of the locking hole, and the threaded assemblies are adapted to engage or release a threaded rod; and a sleeve member slidably sleeved on the locking member, the sleeve member moves along the locking member to drive the threaded assemblies to rotate inwardly, or to rotate outwardly to engages or disengage with the threaded rod.

Abstract: A fastener includes a connecting portion and a head portion coaxially connecting with the connecting portion. The head portion defines an engaging hole which includes a main engaging hole and one or more auxiliary engaging hole coaxial with the main engaging hole. A plurality of auxiliary engaging teeth are separately formed on an inner peripheral wall of the engaging hole, toward a central axis of the engaging hole of the head portion, thereby forming the auxiliary engaging hole. A plurality of main engaging teeth are coaxially formed on the auxiliary engaging teeth, toward the central axis of the engaging hole respectively, and are positioned at the base of the engaging hole. The fastener provides two bearing surfaces on which a driver can act upon, and the present disclosure further provides the driver to engage with the fastener and a punch for producing the fastener.

Abstract: A fastener includes a connecting portion and a head portion connected with the connecting portion. The head portion defines an engaging hole and includes a plurality of protruding teeth separately formed on an inner peripheral wall of the engaging hole, respectively, toward a central axis of the engaging hole of the head portion, and a plurality of recesses are formed between every two adjacent protruding teeth, respectively. The head portion further includes a plurality of resisting projections separately formed on the inner peripheral wall of the engaging hole, toward the central axis of the engaging hole, and received within the corresponding plurality of the recesses of the head portion, respectively. The present disclosure further provides a driver engaging with the fastener and a punch producing the fastener.
