The input terminal of the first regulating unit is connected to the output terminal of the first converting unit. The output terminal is connected to the motherboard. The driving unit is connected to the output of the first regulating unit and outputs a signal to the motherboard.

The first regulating unit directly outputs the voltage from the first converting unit to the motherboard, or regulates the voltage to be a predetermined voltage by operating the first switch unit. The present invention can provide multifold voltages to the motherboard and its operation is convenient.
