  • Publication number: 20240328301
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for predicting a water invasion frontier for a complex well in a bottom-water gas reservoir. The technical solution is as follows: with consideration of forms of different well types and a gravitational pressure drop in production, a coupled permeability of a corresponding well type acting on a gas-water interface under the action of a baffle plate is expressed by using an equivalent percolation resistance method; a productivity of each infinitesimal section of the corresponding well type is calculated; a position of the gas-water interface is calculated with an equivalent permeability and a pseudo-productivity as characteristic parameters; water breakthrough is determined when there is a point over a water avoidance height, and a change in water invasion frontier form may be expressed with water quality point position data at this time.

  • Publication number: 20230417138
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for predicting an amount of water-sealed gas in a high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir. The method solves the problem that no method has yet been proposed for predicting the amount of water-sealed gas in a high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir. According to the technical solution, the method includes: considering that the volume of the gas reservoir does not change during the production of the constant-volume gas reservoir, deriving, based on a material balance method, a material balance equation of the high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir in consideration of water-sealed gas and water-soluble gas, solving and drawing a chart of water-sealed gas in the high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir by an iterative algorithm, obtaining a recovery factor of the high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir in consideration of water-sealed gas and water-soluble gas, and further obtaining the amount of water-seal gas in the high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir.

  • Publication number: 20230010689
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a water invasion-oriented dynamic production allocation method for a water-bearing carbonatite gas reservoir, and belongs to the technical field of oil and gas field development. The problem that water breakthrough of a single well is too early due to uneven water invasion of an existing water-bearing carbonatite gas reservoir is solved. According to the technical scheme, on the basis of an original gas well production allocation scheme of a water-bearing carbonatite gas reservoir, the average water invasion rate of the reservoir is calculated as a stability reference of water invasion rates throughout the production period.

  • Publication number: 20130287804
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a recombinant immunogenic polypeptide. The polypeptide includes a loop peptide inserted into an immunogenic scaffold protein. The loop polypeptide has an amino acid sequence which presents the 3074 mAb- or the 2219/2557 mAb-targeted epitope of the HIV gp120 protein and not other known epitopes of the HIV gp120 protein. When used as an immunogen, the polypeptide induces an antibody response which neutralizes heterologous HIV-1 viruses in a pattern similar to that observed for the 3074 mAb- or the 2219/2557 mAb-targeted epitope, respectively. Pharmaceutical compositions containing the immunogenic polypeptide as well as methods of making and using it are also disclosed.
