    Abstract: An injection mold for molding a product which has an inclined groove and a straight gap at a side thereof includes a female mold and a male mold. The female mold includes a female core and an inclined pillar mounted in the female mold. The male mold includes a male core, a first sliding block and a second sliding block. The first sliding block is slidably mounted on the male mold, and has an inclined guiding surface. The second sliding block is slidably mounted on the inclined guiding surface. When the injection mold is opened, the second sliding block is smoothly parted from the product along the inclined guiding surface to form the inclined groove, and then, the first sliding block is parted from the product to form the straight gap under the action of the inclined pillar.

The supporting pole is movably inserted in the through-hole and stretches into the cavity to resist against the top of the terminal. The stationary mold is positioned on the first and second sliding blocks, and defines a sprue channel connected with the cavity.

The lower fixing plate and the male mold commonly define a receiving space therebetween to receive the upper ejection plate and the lower ejection plate which can be shifted upward and downward therein. The upper and lower ejection pins are mounted on the upper and lower ejection plates, respectively. The process control mechanism controls the upper and lower ejection pins to eject a molded product in two steps, so that the molded product can be automatically ejected for enhancing the manufacture efficiency of the mold assembly.

A guide pillar hole and an ejector hole are defined in the slide, and a molding cavity is defined by the molding portion with the stationary and the movable mold member. An ejection mechanism disposed on the slide includes an ejector rod and a spring. In a mold release process, a product molded with the mold is initially held by an ejector rod to prevent the product from being deformed when pulled by the slide for ensuring the quality of the molding product.

    Abstract: An injection mold for molding a product having a barb at a bottom thereof includes a stationary mold, a movable mold, an ejector pin and a sliding mechanism. The sliding mechanism includes a sliding block mounted on the movable mold, a spring contracted between the sliding block and the movable mold, and a locating element vertically inserted in the spring. A top end of the locating element stretches in the receiving cavity. A corner of the sliding block defines a nick connected for molding the barb. When the injection mold is opened, the sliding block moves upward under the bounce thrust of the spring to make the product parted from the top of the movable mold. An elastic retraction area is accordingly formed between the product and the movable mold for assisting the ejector pins to eject the barb out of the sliding block.
