  • Patent number: 11489164
Abstract: A highly dispersed silicon-carbon solid sol, a preparation method and application thereof. In the high-dispersion silicon-carbon solid sol, the silicon is a dispersed substance, the carbon is a dispersion medium. The silicon is covered by a continuous carbon layer or buried in a continuous carbon phase; a size of the silicon is less than 80 nm at least in one of dimensions, and a mass percentage of the silicon in the highly dispersed silicon-carbon solid sol is 5% to 90%. The nano-silicon particles are covered by the continuous carbon phase, which is not only conducive to obtaining nano-silicon particles with very small sizes, but also can effectively prevent the late oxidation of nano-silicon.

  • Patent number: 9580324
Abstract: Provided is a method for room-pressure and low-temperature preparation of graphene, comprising: heat treating a compound of graphite oxide and sulfuric acid in either room pressure or negative pressure at a temperature between 50 and 400° C., thus converting graphite oxide into graphene. Also provided is a method for low-temperature preparation of a graphene composite material. The acquired graphene and graphene composite material are applicable in optical materials, electrically-conductive materials, sensor materials, catalytic materials, battery materials, and supercapacitor materials.

  • Patent number: 9074054
Abstract: The present invention provides a solid-liquid composite material, a manufacturing method and an application of the same. Liquid-phase material, solid-phase material, and solvent are distributed to form a distributed system. The solid-phase material and liquid-phase material in the solvent can be suspensions, emulsions, microemulsions, colloids, or solutions. A portion or all of the solvent is removed to produce the solid-liquid composite material. The liquid-phase material is approximately equal to 1%˜80% of the total mass of the solid-liquid composite material. The porosity of the solid-phase material is approximately equal to 10%˜80% in the solid-liquid composite material. The specific surface area of the porous material is approximately equal to 50˜2000 cm2/cm3. The field-chromatic material is added to the solid-liquid composite material to form a field-chromatic device.
