Abstract: Provided are a protocol data unit (PDU) session management method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving an SM policy modification request for a PDU session, and the request triggering establishment of a first QoS flow in the PDU session, in which the PDU session is established by a first terminal; in response to no data transmission tunnel having a same identifier as a flow identifier of the first QoS flow existing between a first UPF of a first satellite and a second UPF of a second satellite, establishing a first data transmission tunnel between the first UPF and the second UPF; and instructing the first UPF to transmit data of the first QoS flow through the first data transmission tunnel.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a metal complex, an organic electroluminescent element containing same, and a consumer product. The metal complex of the present invention is used as a luminescent material to obtain a green phosphorescent material with a high luminescent efficiency. In addition, the prepared luminescent material has a good thermal stability. The organic electroluminescent element of the present invention emits a green phosphorescence and has advantages of a narrow emission spectrum, a high stability, and a high efficiency. An electronic device comprising the organic electroluminescent element of the present invention can enable a consumer product having green electroluminescence and an improved luminous efficiency.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for detecting a hotspot scene of a video conference are provided. The method includes: a plurality of video receivers recognize in real time and perform statistics on specific behavior, including at least one of a discussion behavior, screen watching behavior and handclap behavior, of various viewers at a video conference site according to video data at video conference site; the video receivers judge, according to statistics, whether a frequency at which or a time length for which various viewers at video conference site perform the specific behavior, exceeds a first preset value; the video receivers send the video sender time period of the video played at video conference site, for which a result of the judgment is that the first preset value is exceeded; and the video sender determines a hotspot scene of the played video according to the time periods sent by the video receivers.
