    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an eccentric extreme high-speed-rate laser hybrid manufacturing method for a rotary engineering component. By positioning an extreme high-speed-rate laser direct energy deposition machining head at a predetermined eccentric distance, the damage caused by reflected light to the machining head is effectively reduced, to prolong a service life of the machining head. Also a conventional form of a molten pool in extreme high-speed-rate laser direct energy deposition can be changed, namely from a “falling” form caused by a high-speed movement and a gravity to a “climbing” form. Thus, in extreme high-speed-rate laser direct energy deposition machining, the molten pool has a longer time to fully contact a surface of the rotary engineering component to form desirable bonding performance.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a bionic laminated thermal insulation material, which imitates a multi-thin laminated and thin-layer micro-pore structure of Sequoia sempervirens bark with fire resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent thermal insulation performance. A low thermal conductivity microporous powder is used as main raw material, while reinforcing agent, plasticizer and porosity agent are added to form microporous thin-layer units, and each thin-layer unit is bonded and laminated to make a laminated thermal insulation material. The thermal conductivity of the finished products is as low as 0.02˜0.05 W/m·k, with good thermal insulation and mechanical properties, which can be used in a temperature range below 1000° C., with better thermal insulation and energy-saving effect and toughness than ordinary thermal insulation materials, significantly reducing the thickness of the insulation layer, and can be widely used in industrial furnaces, thermal engineering devices, insulation pipes and other fields.

    Abstract: A computerized simulation validating method for a full-scale distribution network single phase-to-ground fault test is implemented by simulating a full-scale test system with external quantities being controlled to be conformant and validating the full-scale distribution network single phase-to-ground fault test based on a conformance check result between the internal quantities of the field testing and the internal quantities of the simulation testing. The simulation validating method for a full-scale distribution network single phase-to-ground fault test improves normalization and conformance of the full-scale distribution network ground fault test. The computerized simulation validating system, apparatus, and medium for a full-scale distribution network single phase-to-ground fault test also achieve the benefits noted above.
