    Abstract: Provided is a ceramic composite including boron nitride (BN) and titanium diboride (TiB2) for use in 2-D and 3-D heating element applications. The ceramic composite can be used in heater applications without a protective coating. The ceramic composite may be corrosion resistant against oxygen and moisture up to, for example, a temperature of 900° C., and may offer increased corrosion resistance against molten or vapor metal, including aluminum. The ceramic composite may be sufficiently rigid and may not require additional dielectric structural support. The ceramic composite may be sufficiently fracture resistant to enable machining of intricate and complex patterns and designs with a high aspect ratio of the coil length to width or thickness. The ceramic composite may be used with any heater shape, orientation, and size.

    Abstract: A homogenization process for coiled tubing is provided. After being preheated in a sectional manner and quenched and tempered, laser-welded low-carbon alloy steel coiled tubing is spray cooled, and then is tempered to obtain homogeneous silvery coiled tubing. Microstructural uniformity of the silvery coiled tubing after the treatment is greatly improved in a welding seam region, a heat sensing region, and a tube wall, situations in which an outer surface of the coiled tubing is burnt and oxidized in the homogenization process are reduced, and a service life of the coiled tubing is prolonged. Moreover, homogeneous coiled tubing with different yield strengths and tensile strengths can be obtained by changing a temperature of the tempering, so that production costs are reduced.

The storage module is configured to store configuration data transmitted from a cloud, and the control module is configured to retrieve the configuration data from the storage module and to configure a corresponding processing unit of the FPGA according to the configuration data. In the embodiments of the present invention, the control module internal to the FPGA is provided, and configuration data is retrieved from the storage module external to the FPGA to configure the corresponding processing unit of the FPGA. Accordingly, during FPGA data migration, the configuration data stored in the external storage module can be directly migrated by using a general data migration method, thereby implementing live migration of FPGA data.

By using cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase from Geobacillus sp. as a catalyst, steviol glycosides as the glycosyl receptor and dextrin or oligosaccharide as the glycosyl donor, taking a calcium/barium ion salt bridge as the main stabilizer and combining with glycerol to adjust the conformation and binding domain openness of the enzyme, and utilizing transglucosylation and hydrolytic activities of amylase at variable temperatures in different stages, thereby preparing the glucosyl steviol glycosides through enzymatic catalysis under programming temperatures in high throughput. The technology of the present invention can improve the utilization rate of the enzyme, and obtain glucosyl steviol glycosides with good sweetness and good taste.
