    Abstract: A memory apparatus and method of operation is provided. The apparatus includes a block of memory cells. Each of the memory cells is connected to one of a plurality of word lines and arranged in strings. Each of the memory cells is also configured to retain a threshold voltage corresponding to one of a plurality of data states and be erased in an erase operation. A control circuit is coupled to the word lines and the strings and is configured to identify ones of the strings having a faster relative erase speed compared to others of the strings. During the erase operation, the control circuit raises the threshold voltage of the memory cells associated with the ones of the strings having the faster relative erase speed while not raising the threshold voltage of the memory cells associated with the others of the strings.

A ESAT6-CFP 10 dimer having an approximately native conformation can be obtained, and the dimer has better solubility, and has a better stimulating effect on memory T cells than a ESAT6-CFP10 fusion protein capable of linear fusion expression. A dimer zipper fastener can assist the formation of a more stable cyclic polypeptide, and a CCP polypeptide added with a dimer fastener can improve the detection rate for citrullinated autoantibodies in serum of a rheumatoid arthritis patient.

Data points for wells in the reservoir are grouped into reservoir regions according to datasets organized as a convex hull, which is a minimum convex set in spatial geometry which encloses the totality of such data points. The reservoir regions form a basis for grid spacing utilized in the reservoir model.

The non volatile memory chip includes an interface to receive access commands, a three dimensional array of non volatile storage cells, and, a controller to orchestrate removal of charge in a column of stacked ones of the non volatile storage cells after a verification process that determined whether or not a particular cell along the column was programmed with a correct charge amount. The removal of the charge pushes the charge out of the column by changing respective word line potentials along a particular direction along the column. Cells that are coupled to the column are programmed in the particular direction. Disturbance of neighboring cells during programming is less along the particular direction than a direction opposite that of the particular direction.
