    Abstract: Provided is a multi-functional integrated molecular test cartridge and application thereof. The multi-functional integrated molecular test cartridge includes a deformable assembly, a blocking assembly and a reaction assembly, where the blocking assembly is placed between the deformable assembly and the reaction assembly, and a channel in communication with the reaction assembly and the deformable assembly is formed on the blocking assembly. The multi-functional integrated molecular test cartridge can be used for isothermal amplification reactions such as cross priming amplification (CPA), recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA), loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) and rolling circle amplification (RCA), can achieve integrated pre-loading of all reagents, a whole-process integrated test from a sample to a result, and flexible sample processing modes, and has high biological safety and a low risk of product and sample leakage.

    Abstract: A memory device includes unselected sub-block, which includes bit line; drain select (SGD) transistor coupled with bit line; a source voltage line; source select (SGS) transistor coupled with source voltage; and wordlines coupled with gates of string of cells, which have channel coupled between the SGS/SGD transistors. Control logic coupled with unselected sub-block is to: cause the SGD/SGS transistors to turn on while ramping the wordlines from a ground voltage to a pass voltage associated with unselected wordlines in preparation for read operation; cause, while ramping the wordlines, the channel to be pre-charged by ramping voltages on the bit line and the source voltage line to a target voltage that is greater than a source read voltage level; and in response to wordlines reaching the pass voltage, causing the SGD and SGS transistors to be turned off, to leave the channel pre-charged to the target voltage during the read operation.

The method of the present application can effectively avoid an ambient light detection error caused by the offset of the main frequency of the display screen or the sensor, and improve accuracy of the ambient light detection.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for removing benzo[?]pyrene from a liposoluble natural extract. The method of the present invention comprises adding a suitable solvent to a crude natural extract product so as to obtain a mixed material; heating the mixed material, stirring until uniform, cooling and layering, and then separating the upper layer from the lower layer so as to obtain a precipitate and a filtrate; washing the precipitate with a small amount of a solvent so as to obtain a washed product and a washing solution; removing the solvent from the washed product at a low temperature so as to obtain a finished product; and directly recycling the filtrate and the washing solution as solvents. The present method achieves the purification of the crude natural extract product and the removal of benzo[?]pyrene in one step, and is a novel method which is simple, highly efficient, feasible and easy for industrial applications.
