    Abstract: Training data models using machine learning can include training a computer data model of data distribution using a training data set. The training data set includes training data and additional training data, and the training data and the additional training data being represented by layers of data representing the data distribution of the training data set. The computer data model using the additional training data is iteratively trained for each of the layers of the training data set. Statistical noise is added randomly to each of the layers of the training data set. Data variations are detected in each of the layers of the additional training data. The data variations are diluted in each of the additional layers of the training data, and the computer data model is retrained for the training data set using the diluted data variations in each of the layers of the additional training data.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented process for modifying a training dataset includes the following operations. The training dataset is benchmarked using a State Of The Art (SOTA) neural network to determine a benchmark for the training dataset. The training set is divided into a plurality of slices. A sequence of a plurality of atomic operations are selected using a selection strategy generator operating on one of the plurality of slices. The sequence of the plurality of atomic operations is applied to modify the one of the plurality of slices to generate a revised one of the plurality of slices. Reverse reinforcement learning is performed on the revised one of the plurality of slices using the benchmark and the SOTA neural network. The training dataset is modified by replacing the one of the plurality of slices with the revised one of the plurality of slices to generate a modified training dataset.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer-implemented system and method for generating and searching a database containing all of the potential substructures (e.g., metabolites) of a chosen complex molecule based on minimum cleavable units (MCUs) of the chosen complex molecule, wherein each record in the generated database suitably defines the molecular weight and physical arrangement of each substructure. Embodiments of the invention also provide a user interface and a search engine for searching the database based on a query molecular weight (or query molecular weight range) to identify all of the substructures having a total molecular weight matching the query molecular weight or range. Embodiments of the invention are also capable of transmitting to a display device operated by an end user a description and/or a graphical representation of every identified substructure of the chosen complex molecule.

The management application intercepts attempted transmissions from guest applications to locations outside the virtual guest. Secure data files are identified in the attempted transmissions and encrypted before leaving the virtual guest using the encryption keys. The management application also prevents any unencrypted data from being provided to non-kernel host processes that have not been previously identified as permitted host processes while allowing unencrypted data transmission from the non-kernel host processes to any of the guest application processes.

Within the response time, a dual artificial intelligence (AI) model using shallow and deep learners applied on historical accident data is employed. Based on the dual AI model and the traffic conditions, an accident involving vehicle(s) in the traffic is predicted to occur in a zone. A warning about the accident is generated and sent to device(s) in the vehicle(s). The warning is presented to driver(s) of the vehicle(s).

    Abstract: From a set of point data, a set of scattered rays is constructed. From the set of scattered rays, a set of ray slopes is computed. The set of ray slopes is mapped to a corresponding set of trigonometric functions. Using an optimization method, a parameter of the set of trigonometric functions is selected. Using an inverse of the set trigonometric functions, a vehicle mass corresponding to the set of point data is computed. Based on the vehicle mass, a threshold braking distance of a collision avoidance system of the vehicle is adjusted, the threshold braking distance comprising a distance from an object predicted to collide with the vehicle. By braking the vehicle at least the threshold braking distance from the object, a predicted collision between the vehicle and the object is avoided.
