    Abstract: An anchoring device for a cardiac valve is disclosed. The anchoring device includes a ventricular section (1), the ventricular section (1) includes an anchoring segment (11) and a capture segment (12), the anchoring segment (11) is in the form of a helical coil, a radius of curvature of the helical coil is constant and a distance between turns of the helical coil is the same, and the anchoring device does not include an atrial section. The anchoring device is made of an elastic material. The design of the anchoring device separating from the valve can provide an anchoring effect while allowing a delivery sheath of an associated delivery system to have a reduced radial dimension. During release of the anchoring device, the capture segment (12) can automatically capture the native leaflets or chordae tendineae. It is a modification of an existing anchor ring and dispenses with the use of a guide wire.

A base station may configure a threshold value for EMR result validity and receive, from a user equipment (UE), a first measurement value corresponding to a first time at or before expiration of a timer associated with idle mode or inactive mode measurements. The base station receives, from the UE, a second measurement value corresponding to a second time when a radio resource control (RRC) connection setup or resume procedure starts. The base station then determines, based on a comparison of the threshold value to a difference between the first measurement value and the second measurement value, whether the EMR result is valid.

A CFRA transmit timing can be determined based on the CSI-RS rough timing or a CSI-RS fine timing that is derived from a timing and frequency (T/F) tracking operation on the CSI-RS. Reference signal receive power (RSRP) measurement(s) can be made on the CSI-RS for performing the CSI-RS based CFRA procedure with transmissions according to the CSI-RS transmit timing of the CSI-RS that satisfies an RSRP threshold.

    Abstract: A method for reinforcing soft ground by post-grouting combined with pressurized vacuum preloading is proposed, by pre-burying prefabricated vertical drains and air-boosted pipes in granular material piles, and the air-boosted pipes are used as grouting pipes to reduce the number of times of piling, which not only improves the construction efficiency, but also reduces the structural disturbance of the soil and the influence of smear effect, thus reducing the impact on the radial permeability and the radial consolidation coefficients. The method does not use geotextile bags for granular materials, which can avoid the problem of forming a localized clogging area around the geotextile bags, and the method not only improves the efficiency of vacuum transfer in a pre-consolidation stage, but also improves the grouting effect in the later stage, effectively enhances the strength of soft soil and makes granular material piles and the surrounding soil form composite ground.

The water-insoluble sticky polymer may be in the same layer of the coating as the heat-resistant particles with the water-soluble sticky polymer on their surface, or it may be in a different layer.
