    Abstract: A method for improving the light olefin yield in the process of preparation of a light olefin using an oxygen-containing compound, more specifically, in which, a multi-stage dense phase fluidized bed comprising k secondary pre-carbon deposition zones (k?1) and n secondary reaction zones (n?1) is used as a reactor, and a multi-stage dense phase fluidized bed regenerator comprising in secondary regeneration zones (m?2) is used as a main equipment, and by re-refining hydrocarbons with four or more carbons obtained in the separation section, or adding naphtha, gasoline, condensate oil, light diesel oil, hydrogenation tail oil or kerosene in the reaction zone, the method primarily solves the problems in the prior art of the uniformity of carbon deposition amount and the carbon content of the catalyst being difficult to control, and the light olefin yield being low.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a process for methanol coupled catalytic cracking reaction of naphtha using a modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst, comprising performing a co-feeding reaction of methanol and naphtha on the modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst to produce low carbon olefins and/or aromatic hydrocarbons. In the process, the modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst comprises, in term of weight percent, 25-80 wt % of a ZSM-5 molecular sieve, 15-70 wt % of a binder, and 2.2-6.0 wt % of lanthanum and 1.0-2.8 wt % of phosphorus loaded on the ZSM-5 molecular sieve. The naphtha comprises 63.8-89.5 wt % of saturated chain alkanes and 5.6-29.8 wt % of cyclic alkanes. The naphtha and methanol concurrently pass through the catalyst bed, which are reacted during contacting with the catalyst under a reaction condition of a reaction temperature of 550-670° C., a mass ratio of methanol to naphtha of 0.05-0.8, and a total mass space velocity of naphtha and methanol of 1.0-5 h?1.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a process for starting up fluidized reaction apparatus which are used for producing lower olefins from methanol or/and dimethyl ether. Said process includes after heating the catalyst bed of circulating fluidized catalytic reaction apparatus to above 200° C. or 300° C. by using a starting-up auxiliary heat source, feeding methanol or dimethyl ether raw materials to a reactor, whereby heat released by the reaction makes the temperature of the reaction system apparatus increase quickly to a designed temperature, consequently making the system reach the normal operation state rapidly. Said process is suitable for starting up an exothermic fluidized catalytic reaction apparatus and can simplify the apparatus and operation, accordingly lowering the cost.
