Abstract: A multimedia messaging system includes: a database (61) storing data on collection terms and client contact data, wherein the data on collection terms includes message sources, clients, collection terms, and monitoring cycles, and the contact data includes client names and addresses; a message collecting module (62) for acquiring messages that match collection terms set by users; a message processing module (66) for generating alert messages based on said data on collection terms and contact data, the alert messages comprising client addresses; and a message sending module (68) for sending generated alert messages to clients. A related method includes: (i) accessing message sources at a predefined monitoring cycle; (ii) querying the message sources according to predefined collection terms; (iii) acquiring a message that matches the collection terms; (iv) generating an alert message based on the acquired message and on client contact data; and (v) sending the alert message to clients.

Abstract: A multimedia messaging system includes a database (61) for storing relevant basic data, a message receiving module (62) for receiving first messages provided by a plurality of message providers (2), a message processing module (66) for generating respective second messages based on the first messages, and a message sending module (68) for transmitting the second messages to respective message receivers (4) or substitutes thereof. Said basic data include message classification data, data on substitutes of message receivers, contact data on message receivers and substitutes thereof, and data on modes of transmission of messages. The message processing module includes a message processing sub-module (661), a feedback receiving sub-module (665), a time controlling sub-module (662), and a conversion controlling sub-module (663). Abstract: A system and method for monitoring material on shop floors is provided. The system displays regional production by country, factory, workshop and line using a two-dimensional graphic or a three-dimensional graphic, and specifies production information for each country, factory, workshop or line in a table. The monitoring system includes at least one subsidiary company database for storing material data for the associated subsidiary company; a central database for storing global material data; a material monitoring system server and an application program on the material monitoring system server, which selects, integrates, classifies, and controls display of data.
