The method is applied to a server and includes: receiving vehicle diagnosis request information sent by a vehicle diagnosis device, where the vehicle diagnosis request information includes identity information of a user and a vehicle type; determining whether the user has an authorization of vehicle diagnosis software corresponding to the vehicle type, based on the identity information of the user; returning authorization information, for the vehicle diagnosis device to diagnose a to-be-diagnosed vehicle, if it is determined that the user has the authorization; and returning prompt information to prompt the user to acquire the authorization of the vehicle diagnosis software corresponding to the vehicle type and then to diagnose the to-be-diagnosed vehicle, if it is determined that the user does not have the authorization.

Therein, the first electrode may reflect waveguide light laterally propagated by the light-emitting layer, thereby improving a light-emitting efficiency of the light-emitting layer. Further, the reflected waveguide light may not be absorbed by the second electrode, thereby enhancing an external quantum effect of the light-emitting layer.
