    Abstract: A method for preparing a bisphenol phosphate hydroxyl aluminum salt nucleating agent is provided, which adopts organic aluminum alcoholate as raw materials to prepare bisphenol phosphate hydroxyl aluminum salt. In prior art, a neutralization reaction of bisphenol phosphate and sodium hydroxide is firstly performed, so as to prepare bisphenol phosphate sodium salt; then a double decomposition reaction of sodium salt and inorganic aluminum salt is performed to prepare the bisphenol phosphate hydroxyl aluminum salt. The present invention combines the two-step reaction in prior art into the one-step reaction of phosphate and organic aluminum alcoholate for synthesizing the bisphenol phosphate hydroxyl aluminum salt, thereby simplifying the production process, improving the production efficiency, shortening the reaction time, and improving the product quality.

    Abstract: The present application provides a distributed LDO regulator structure without an external capacitor. The structure includes one CORE module; and one or more POWER modules driven by one of the CORE modules. The CORE module comprises a mirror source voltage generating circuit and a built-in LDO regulator circuit. An output end of an operational amplifier and a gate of the sixth PMOS together serve as a control voltage end of the POWER module. A negative input end of the operational amplifier is connected to a drain of the fifth PMOS and a source of the sixth PMOS by means of a first resistor, wherein a connection end serves as an output end of the built-in LDO regulator circuit. POWER modules having the same output voltage are connected to each other in parallel.

The present invention comprises subjecting a mixed powder with a mass ratio depending upon the formula composition of a molybdenum alloy to a pre-press forming process to obtain a preformed molybdenum alloy target blank; placing the preformed molybdenum alloy target blank in a capsule and subjecting the capsule to processes of preheating for degassing and vacuum seal welding; subjecting the target blank to a hot isostatic pressing process to obtain a densified molybdenum alloy prefabricated target; removing the capsule; and subjecting the molybdenum alloy prefabricated target with the capsule removed to a temperature-rising and pressure-decreasing process, followed by finish machining to obtain a molybdenum alloy target.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the cosmetology field, in particular to an activated revitalizing lotion and its preparation method and application. A preparation method of an activated revitalizing lotion comprises the steps of: mixing an isolated blood sample, ozone-oxygen mixture and sodium citrate, and centrifuging the mixed blood sample at 1800-2000 r/min for 9-10 min to obtain a plasma supernatant for use as an activated revitalizing lotion; the ozone-oxygen mixture has an ozone concentration of 42.8-171.4 ?g/L and added in an amount of 2.3-3.2 L/1 L of the isolated blood sample; and sodium citrate is added in an amount of 0.2-0.3 mg/1 L of the isolated blood sample. The activated revitalizing lotion prepared by the preparation method of the present disclosure shows improved effect in repair and revitalization of skin or subcutaneous tissues.
