    Abstract: A vehicle seat and an angle adjustment device are provided. The angle adjustment device includes an unlock cam, a ratchet wheel provided with internal teeth, and a plurality of slide blocks disposed circumferentially and provided with external teeth. The angle adjustment device further includes a plurality of extension and retraction blocks corresponding to the slide blocks, wherein the extension and retraction block is capable of driving the slide block to move outwards in a radial direction so as to engage the internal teeth with the external teeth. A second elastic member is provided between two adjacent extension and retraction blocks, and two ends of the second elastic member in a deformation direction are respectively connected to the unlock cam and the extension and retraction block.

The return spring is connected with the coulisse. The thickness of the locking cam and the unlocking cam may be respectively designed in terms of the stress applied thereon. Since the locking cam and the unlocking cam are separately produced, structure of the die is simplified and service life of the die is improved significantly. The locking cam and the unlocking cam may be manufactured by punch, which leads to a greater production efficiency.

    Abstract: A kernel part of a kind of flat spring recliner includes four major sub-components Ratchet a ratchet gear piece, a cam unit, a return spring and cover. A better adjustment of the angle and a fold-flat of auto seat is achieved. The cam unit can be further divided into a runner plate, a slider piece, a locking cam and an unlocking cam which is placed in the lower sink of the geared piece. In, the upper circle thereof, two segments are geared in a symmetrical position. In the groove inside the runner plate, there are two-geared slider pieces fitted to engage with the ratchet gear tooth. The sliders are designed with bosses on the surface, which match with the kidney slots in the unlocking cam, and with self-locking side, which are driven by the self-locking side on the locking cam to move off center in translation.
