Publication number: 20250087594Abstract: The disclosure relates to a light-emitting diode, which includes a semiconductor stacked structure, a channel, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The channel surrounds the semiconductor stacked structure. When viewed from above the light-emitting diode toward the semiconductor stacked structure, the semiconductor stacked structure has at least one chamfered portion located in the channel, and a range of a radius of curvature of the chamfered portion is from 5 to 50 microns. Through the optimization of the morphology of the LED chip epitaxial layer edges in the intersection region of the channel, the damage to the epitaxial layer caused by laser energy during stealth dicing is reduced, thereby achieving the objective of enhancing chip reliability.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 29, 2024Publication date: March 13, 2025Applicant: Xiamen San'an Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Jenlung YANG, Ping ZHANG, Yawen LIN, Shiwang HUANG, Xianjie ZHANG, Chungying CHANG

Patent number: 8934713Abstract: An image processing device includes: a coordinate conversion unit (142) which calculates a corresponding sampling coordinate on a color mosaic image corresponding to a pixel position of a color image when a deformation process is performed, according to the pixel position of the color image; a sampling unit (143); a sampling unit (143) which interpolates-generates a pixel value in a sampling coordinate for each of color planes obtained by decomposing the color mosaic image; and a color generation unit (144) which generates a color image by synthesizing interpolation values of the respective color planes. Each pixel value of a color image subjected to a deformation process is obtained as a pixel value of the sampling coordinate from the color mosaic image by interpolation calculation, thereby realizing the color interpolation process for generating a color image from the color mosaic image and a deformation process of the color image by one interpolation calculation.Type: GrantFiled: June 27, 2013Date of Patent: January 13, 2015Assignee: Intel CorporationInventors: Yasuhiro Sawada, XianJi Zhang, Takashi Masuda

Patent number: 8856350Abstract: Call admission control (“CAC”) servers in a pool are fully connected to one another. Session data received at one of the CAC servers in a pool is synchronized to each of the other CAC servers in the pool by way of the connections. Each CAC server in a first pool may also establish a connection with exactly one CAC server in a second pool. Status updates and commit data is synchronized from a CAC server in the first pool to a CAC server in the second pool. The commit data may then be synchronized to each of the CAC servers in the second pool.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 2010Date of Patent: October 7, 2014Assignee: Microsoft CorporationInventors: Subramanian Chandrasekaran, Anthony Bryan Bell, Malarvizhi Chinnusamy, Xianjie Zhang

Publication number: 20090319674Abstract: Techniques to manage communications between relay servers are described. A system may include multiple relay servers each having an enhanced relay control module. The enhanced relay control module may be operative to manage communications between private clients communicating over the first relay server and the second relay server. The enhanced relay control module may establish a media channel between control ports for the first and second relay servers when a port range attribute for at least one of the first or second relay servers is turned off. Other embodiments are described and claimed.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 24, 2008Publication date: December 24, 2009Applicant: MICROSOFT CORPORATIONInventors: Wajih Yahyaoui, Tim Moore, Tony Bell, Neil Deason, Xianjie Zhang
