  • Publication number: 20250146144
Abstract: A decarboxylation coupling electrocatalysis method for catalyzing an aromatic trimethyl ammonium salt and ?-nickel ketonate is provided. The method includes the following steps: step 1, adding aryl-ammonium trifluoromethyl sulfonate, ?-keto acid and sodium acetate in a molar ratio of 1:2:2 into a reaction bottle in a nitrogen atmosphere, adding an electrolyte n-Bu4NBF4, and then adding a mixed solution of acetonitrile and N,N-dimethylformamide, where a volume ratio of the acetonitrile to the N,N-dimethylformamide is 1:4; and step 2, stirring a mixture in step 1 so as to dissolve the mixture, inserting two electrodes, using a graphite electrode as a positive electrode and a nickel electrode as a negative electrode, adding water for stirring after a reaction, and conducting extraction, drying and purification to obtain an aromatic ketone compound.

  • Patent number: 11661661
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for synthesizing ?-cyano ketone compound, including steps of (1) adding a ?-keto acid and sodium hydroxide to a separator-free electrolytic cell, adding acetonitrile thereto, and dissolving the ?-keto acid and sodium hydroxide in acetonitrile by stirring to be uniform, to obtain a dissolution solution; (2) adding an alkene or a derivative thereof, cyanobenziodoxolone, and an electrolyte to the dissolution solution, to obtain a mixed solution; (3) subjecting the mixed solution to an electrochemical reaction by electrifying a cathode of a platinum sheet, and an anode of a graphite electrode to obtain a reacted solution; and (4) after the electrochemical reaction, collecting the reacted solution, adding water thereto and stirring to obtain a mixture, subjecting the mixture to an extraction to obtain an organic phase, drying the organic phase and purifying, to obtain the ?-cyano ketone compound.
