Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for selecting a temporary core network, a base station and a trunking communication system, which solve the technical problem of selecting a temporary core network when a core network fails. In the disclosure, judgment information is transmitted between base stations in real time, and when a core network fails, according to the judgment information and a predetermined judgement rule, a base station is judged as a temporary core network which substitutes for functions of a core network to serve users of each base station, so that the problem of selecting a temporary core network when a core network fails is solved.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for uploading network information, and User Equipment (UE), network side equipment and system thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a network side equipment receives power supply capacity information reported by a UE; the network side equipment instructs the UE to upload needed network information according to the power supply capacity information; the network side equipment receives the network information, which is uploaded by the UE. The method for uploading network information by using the power supply capacity information of UE, and UE, network side equipment and system thereof, according to example embodiments of the present invention, avoid the problems of short standby time and the interruption of ongoing service for a user caused by uploading the network information, and reduces the operation cost, by uploading the network information according to the power supply capacity of the UE.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a system for random access, wherein the method includes: the network side sending to UE a dedicated random access preamble index of the UE; the UE sending a random access request to the network side according to the received dedicated random access preamble index; and the network side allocating PUCCCH (Physical Uplink Common Control Channel) resources and SRS (Sounding Reference Signal) resources for the UE according to the random access request, and then sending the allocated PUCCCH resources and SRS resources to the UE. This technical solution provided by this invention omits the complicated data forwarding process, solves the problem of long latency during restoring synchronization, shortens the time delay of data transmission, reduces the hardware requirements of the network side devices and enhances user experience.

The method includes: an eNB storing a corresponding relationship of a size of a voice data packet and the number of RB resources; a call party sending to the eNB an information of the size of the voice data packet required by adopting a voice encoding algorithm after determining the voice encoding algorithm used in a call; and the eNB searching out the corresponding number of the RB resources from the corresponding relationship according to the size of the voice data packet after receiving the information of the size of the voice data packet, and then allocating the RB resources corresponding to the corresponding number to said call party. The present invention improves the utilization ratio of the radio resources and the call quality.
