  • Patent number: 11957764
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a protein-type nanoparticle for multi-specific antibody delivery, a preparation method, and its application. The protein-type nanoparticle includes a polyester and a protein with a hydrophobic domain, and the hydrophobic domain of the protein is bound with the polyester through hydrophobic interactions. The protein is at least one of albumin, globulin and cell wall protein. The protein-type nanoparticle of the present disclosure has excellent stability and biocompatibility. The protein-type nanoparticle is used to prepare a multi-specific antibody delivery platform (?Fc-NP) by binding anti-IgG-Fc antibody or anti-IgG-Fc antibody fragment, which can stably, quickly and easily bind to multiple specific antibodies through antigen-antibody interaction and enhance the therapeutic effect of specific antibodies.

  • Publication number: 20240116829
Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a concrete protection material, and a preparation method and a construction method therefor. The concrete protection material consists of 50%-90% of a component A and 10%-50% of a component B in percentage by weight, where the component A is prepared from 30%-65% of organic silicon, 2%-5% of nano-silicon dioxide and the balance of an organic solvent in percentage by weight; and the component B is prepared from 20%-50% of an organic base and the balance of water in percentage by weight. The present application not only can form nano-particles having a strengthening effect in capillary channels of a concrete surface layer, but also can achieve a technical effect of superhydrophobicity on the concrete surface layer.

  • Publication number: 20240082160
Abstract: An amlodipine dry suspension, comprising a diluent, a suspending aid, etc. and being free of surfactants. A preparation method therefor comprises the following steps: a) preparing an aqueous mixture 1 containing amlodipine besylate by using a high-speed homogenization method; b) adding sodium benzoate to the mixture 1, and homogenizing same at a high speed to obtain a mixture 2; and c) granulating the mixture 2 and other components, and then drying same. The raw materials are homogenized and mixed at a high speed, no surfactant is added during the preparation, amlodipine is fully wetted by using a high-speed homogenization process, prescription components are simplified, and the amlodipine dry suspension is more suitable for children to use. Compared with ultrasonic stirring, scaled-up and industrial production are easier to realize for the high-speed homogenization process, and at the same time, the preparation is good in stability and convenient to carry.
