Abstract: A topological spin memory effect, defined as the recovery of magnetic skyrmions or magnetic bubble skyrmions in magnetic thin films after a transition to a dramatically different spin texture, is used for encrypted non-volatile information storage. The storage strategy is based on magnetic skyrmions, that is, topologically protected spin textures comprising chiral domain walls surrounding small (e.g., nanometers to microns in diameter), typically circular, single-domain cores. Systems and methods are described for encrypted non-volatile information storage based on a spin memory effect in magnetic thin films that support skyrmions. Systems and methods encrypt and recover information stored in the form of magnetic skyrmions.

Abstract: A method of video encoding at a video encoder can include receiving a picture, and determining a substitutional representation of the picture by performing an optimization process to tune elements of the substitutional representation of the picture to optimize a rate-distortion performance of coding the substitutional representation of the picture based on an end-to-end (E2E) optimized framework. The E2E optimized framework can be an artificial neural network (ANN) based video coding framework that is pretrained. The substitutional representation of the picture can be encoded to generate a bitstream.

Through the embodiments of the present disclosure, the number of users following the current user on the current platform and other associated platforms may be obtained on the current platform, such that the number of users following the current user on different platforms may be known on one platform at the same time, which improves the user's interaction experience.

Upon locating the media information that matches the broadcast program or recorded media content, the matching broadcast program or recorded media content is downloaded and played on at least one of a display device or an audio receiver accessible to the set-top box or the headend of the IP, cable or satellite network.

The display substrate includes a base, a plurality of common electrodes and a plurality of common electrode lines, the common electrodes are distributed on the base in an array, the common electrode lines extend along a row direction, and each common electrode line is connected to a corresponding row of common electrodes. The common electrode line is connected to the common electrode through a conductive connection portion, and the conductive connection portion includes conductive structures stacked on top of one another in a plurality of layers. The technical solutions in the present disclosure can improve safety of the battery pack.
