  • Patent number: 11161914
Abstract: The present invention provides a human-derived molecularly modified insecticidal protein, and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of genetic engineering and biological control. The present invention provides a human-derived molecularly modified insecticidal protein, and the amino acid sequence of the insecticidal protein CCL-CCL_scFv is shown as SEQ ID No. 1. The insecticidal protein CCL-CCL_scFv shows significantly higher affinity with midgut BBMV of Plutella xylostella than Cry1Ab toxin, competes with Cry1Ab and Cry1Ac toxins for binding the midgut BBMV of Plutella xylostella, and is a mimic of Cry1Ab and Cry1Ac toxins. Through Plutella xylostella indoor insecticidal biological activity assay, the insecticidal protein shows a good insecticidal effect, and can effectively replace Cry1Ac or Cry1Ab toxin for biological control of insect pest.

  • Publication number: 20210294894
Abstract: The automatic generation of malware family signatures is disclosed. A set of metadata associated with a plurality of samples is received. The samples are clustered. For members of a first cluster, a set of similarities shared among at least a portion of the members of the first cluster is determined. The similarities are evaluated for suitability as a malware family signature. Suitability is evaluated based on how well the similarities uniquely identify the members of the first cluster. In the event the similarities are determined to be suitable as a malware family signature, a signature is generated.

  • Patent number: 11107120
Abstract: A social networking system receives information describing locations associated with a plurality of its users. Based on information identifying each user and a location associated with each user, the social networking system generates and stores hash values. For example, the social networking system maintains various geo-tiles that each identify geographic areas and generates a hash value based on a user identifier and an identifier of a geo-tile including the location associated with the user. Based on the hash values and locations associated with one or more users, the online system determines a number of unique users associated with locations included in a geographic region. When determining the number of unique users, the online system accounts for a rate at which the online system updates location information associated with various users.
