The molecular marker Nicotine Associated SNP 1 is a SNP Nitab4.5_0002539:95304 A/G at base No. 95304 of Genomic segment No. 0002539 in tobacco genome version of Nitab v4.5 Genome Scaffolds Edwards2017. The present invention can accurately identify and screen tobacco germplasm resources with high or low nicotine content, and the screened tobacco can be directly used for breeding new tobacco varieties without transgenic methods. Abstract: A laser conformal manufacturing method of a flexible sensor comprises: obtaining morphology data of a curved surface, and constructing a Standard Triangle Language (STL) model of the curved surface; introducing into a 3D modeling software, and combining the curved surface with a clamper holder; manufacturing to obtain the clamper with the curved surface; coating material to be manufactured on a 3D curved surface of the damper with the curved surface; positioning to a processing platform of a laser device; constructing a model of a pattern to be manufactured by laser based on the STL model of the curved surface, and constructing an STL model or a dwg model of the pattern to be manufactured; introducing into the laser device, turning on the laser device, and running a 3D dynamic focus system; repeating the steps 4-8, and stripping the flexible sensor from the 3D curved surface.

Abstract: A sweetener syrup comprising at least 80% wt/wt dissolved solids of an indigestible maltodextrin with the remainder of the dissolved solids comprising saccharides and oligosaccharides and wherein a ratio of trisaccharides to monosaccharides plus disaccharides is at least 1.2 to 1. Excluding the indigestible maltodextrin, trisaccharides are the dominant saccharides in the syrup typically being 30%-42% and the combination of monosaccharides and disaccharides are less than 25%. Such syrups allow the preparation of food products, illustrated by food bars, that have less than 1 g sugar per 60 g serving size. Such food bars also have prolonged shelf life. Other food products exemplified are pudding and ketchup, that can have FDA nutrition label suitable for reduced sugar claims.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a warm water immersion-based hatching method of silkworm eggs, belonging to the technical field of sericulture production. In the present disclosure, a warm water treatment is conducted on silkworm eggs of a bivoltine silkworm variety in production, and a water temperature and an immersion time are optimized to ensure a higher hatching rate. The silkworm eggs are subjected to the warm water immersion at 48° C. to 51° C. for 15 s to 23 s to rapidly hatch the silkworm eggs without diapause. The method has a practical hatching rate reaching not less than 98%, with no adverse effect on a quality of silkworm cocoons, thereby achieving a same hatching effect as a hydrochloric acid hatching method but a low cost, simple operation, no need of hydrochloric acid, and green with no adverse effect on human beings and environment.

Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and instrumentalities associated with image segmentation such as tubular structure segmentation. An artificial neural network is trained to segment tubular structures of interest in a medical scan image based on annotated images of a different type of tubular structures that may have a different contrast and/or appearance from the tubular structures of interest. The training may be conducted in multiple stages during which a segmentation model learned from the annotated images during a first stage may be modified to fit the tubular structures of interest in a second stage. In examples, the tubular structures of interest may include coronary arteries, catheters, guide wires, etc., and the annotated images used for training the artificial neural network may include blood vessels such as retina blood vessels.

The two LED light sources are connected in series, and the tube pressure and color temperature of the first LED light source and the second LED light source are different; the invention also discloses a realization method of a light adjustment and tone adjustment control circuit. In the present invention, at least two LED light sources with different tube pressures and color temperatures are connected in series to form a whole light source, and the output current of the power supply circuit can be changed by the light adjustment circuit to realize light adjustment and tone adjustment, which has the characteristics of simple circuit design and low operating cost.

A user equipment (UE) may experience changing cell coverage due to the movement of cell coverage, even if the UE is stationary. A UE may be configured to determine a cell is serving two or more earth-fixed tracking areas, determine whether to monitor paging resources of a first earth-fixed tracking area or a second earth-fixed tracking area, and monitor the selected paging resources. In some aspects, the UE may determine that a cell serves two or more earth-fixed tracking areas based on a received control message including multiple tracking area indicators. In some aspects, the UE may determine which paging resources to monitor based on a geographic position of the UE.

A service provider may provide applications to computing devices of users including mobile applications. Use and availability of features in an application may be configured using feature flags, however, change of these feature flags may initiate an application refresh that affects user experiences with the application. To prevent interruptions, a multi-layer data cache may be used where feature flag data for the feature flags may initially be loaded, after a time period, to a first layer cache that is not used to update the application. When conditions exist for updating the application without affecting the user experience, such as if the user is no longer using a workflow, the feature flag data may be loaded to a second layer cache. The second layer cache may then be used for updating.
