    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a hetero-integrated terahertz low-noise miniaturized image frequency rejection transceiver front-end, including an intermediate frequency circuit and a terahertz circuit arranged up and down, where the terahertz circuit includes a local oscillator frequency tripler, a 135° 3 dB filter coupler, a radio frequency waveguide power divider, and two quartz hetero-integrated subharmonic mixers; resonant cavities of an input unit, a first output unit, an isolation unit, and a second output unit of the 135° 3 dB filter coupler are sequentially coupled through resonant grooves to form a ring structure, a cavity length of the resonant cavity of the input unit is twice that of the resonant cavities of the other three units, and an electrical length of a waveguide of the first output unit is 45° different from that of a waveguide of the second output unit.

The (2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methyl 2-bromo-2,2-difluoroacetate could be used as a modified monomer for preparing a waterborne polyurethane, and substituents at a C2 position of the (2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methyl 2-bromo-2,2-difluoroacetate are two fluorine atoms and one bromine atom. When it is used for preparing the waterborne polyurethane, fluorine and bromine groups are introduced into the structure of the waterborne polyurethane, and the resultant waterborne polyurethane exhibits good moisture resistance and flame retardance.

    Abstract: Provided is a fringe line detection and phase unwrapping method and system based on an FL-Net convolutional neural network. The method includes: constructing the FL-Net convolutional neural network; detecting fringe lines of an input image by using the FL-Net convolutional neural network to obtain an image with detected fringe lines; performing circulation integral on the detected fringe lines to repair the detected fringe lines to thereby obtain an image with repaired fringe lines; performing path integral on the repaired fringe lines to unwrap the repaired fringe lines to thereby obtain an image with unwrapped fringe lines; and identifying error points of the unwrapped fringe lines by using the FL-Net convolutional neural network; and processing the error points. Specifically, an HDC method is used to replace a down-sampling method to avoid the loss of resolution, and residual connection is used to prevent the network from being too deep.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a 3D wireless optical positioning method and system, including the steps of: arranging two LED lamps on the ceiling to transmit optical information and provide illumination; arranging a receiver including two photodetectors in a receiving plane; calculating the distance between the LED lamps and the photodetectors respectively through the TOA (Time of Arrival) method; and finally determining the actual position and orientation angle of the receiver based on the geometrical relationship between the LED lamps and the photodetectors in the XYZ coordinate system, the two photodetectors having a distance determined as l therebetween and being situated in the same receiving plane, the receiver being situated below the two LED lamps, the range where the receiver is to be positioned being on any side of the plane consisting of the two LED lamps and the origin.
