    Abstract: The present invention relates to a paper-based 3D printing device and a printing method. The paper-based 3D printing device comprises a printing platform, a three-axis linkage platform, a cutting head and an inkjet head. The printing platform is used for placing paper, and the three-axis linkage platform is arranged to, firstly, drive the cutting head to cut the corresponding paper along the contour of a preset model to form a cutting seam, and then drive the inkjet head to inkjet color toward the cutting seam along the contour of the preset model. The paper-based 3D printing device and the printing method save ink, and can directly spray the ink at the cutting seam, which is equivalent to coloring the outer surface of the model, effectively improving the coloring effect, making the coloring of the outer surface of the model uniform, eliminating the step of printing one by one.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing an ibuprofen spherical crystal having high bulk density and a product thereof. The method includes: (1) heating ibuprofen until a molten liquid state is reached; and (2) pressurizing the molten liquid state of ibuprofen, dropping the molten liquid state of ibuprofen into a crystallizer filled with water through a liquid distributor for crystallization under stirring conditions until the molten liquid state of ibuprofen is completely dropped, lowering the rotation speed of stirring to allow crystal growing, and finally, subjecting a resulting crystal slurry to post-treatment to obtain the ibuprofen spherical crystal having high bulk density. The ibuprofen spherical crystal has a bulk density of 0.50-0.70 g/mL, a tap density of 0.63-0.89 g/mL, a median particle size of 300-1,000 ?m and an angle of repose of 22-29°.

Disposable glassy or PVC tubes are used as test vessels for AST. In the performance of AST assay, appropriate kind of liquid medium containing identical amount of target bacterial cells and target antibiotics at different concentrations are loaded into test tubes, following by incubation in the device at a setup temperature. The bacterial growth profile is monitored by collecting the differential values (?C) of conductivity of liquid medium, which depend on the proliferation of viable cells. Outcome of ?C indicates whether the target bacterial cells are completely inhibited by the test antibiotic or not, enabling the user to judge the value of the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) simply.
