    Abstract: A board mis-insertion prevention circuit includes a first detection circuit, a second detection circuit, and a control module. The first detection circuit detects whether a board is in a first state and outputs a first detection signal when the board is in the first state. The second detection circuit detects whether the board is in a second state when the board is not in the first state, and outputs a second detection signal when the board is in the second state. The control module receives the first detection signal or the second detection signal and can allow or disconnect a power supply to the board according to the first detection signal or the second detection signal.

The reactor can comprise one or more chambers, a high-voltage electrode positioned at a first portion of the one or more chambers, a ground electrode positioned at a second portion of the one or more chambers, and a dielectric plate between the ground electrode and the high-voltage electrode that comprises openings through which the reactant stream can pass from the first portion to the second portion or from the second portion to the first portion. Discharging the plasma can include supplying electrical power to the high-voltage electrode such that plasma is discharged where the reactant stream flows through the openings.

    Abstract: The screw-type pumping device includes a water pump shell, a stator and a rotor. The water pump shell is provided with a first cavity for accommodating the stator and a second cavity for accommodating the rotor. At one end close to the second cavity, the water pump shell is provided with an outwardly-extending water pump water chamber, the water pump water chamber is internally provided with a screw configured to rotate coaxially with the rotor, and the water pump water chamber is provided with a first water port and a second water port which are in communication with the water pump water chamber. An objective of the present invention is to provide a screw-type pumping device and a liquid-cooled heat dissipation device. The newly designed screw-type pumping device can output higher hydraulic pressure while having a smaller vibration during high-speed rotation and a prolonged service life.

The heat dissipation device includes a first water chamber, a pumping device and a first interface. The first interface is mounted on one side of the first water chamber. The pumping device is provided in an embedded manner in the first water chamber, and the pumping device includes a water pump water chamber which is in communication with the first interface and an interior of the first water chamber. An objective of the present invention is to provide an integrated liquid-cooled heat dissipation device, which, through the rational design of a pumping device and a heat dissipation device, solves the problem that the integrated pumping and dissipation structure cannot meet the general space requirements.

    Abstract: A system for precision displacement measurement based on a self-traceable grating interference includes a coherent light source, a photoelectric detection module, a self-traceable grating and a signal processing module. The self-traceable grating is arranged on a to-be-measured displacement motion platform. The coherent light source, the photoelectric detection module and the signal processing module are sequentially connected. Laser generated by the coherent light source propagates through the photoelectric detection module and is incident on the self-traceable grating, diffracts with the self-traceable grating, returns to the photoelectric detection module to continue propagating and enters the signal processing module. The signal processing module collects an interference signal to obtain a motion displacement and a motion direction.
