A manufacturing method for the high-yield-ratio cold-rolled dual-phase steel, comprising: (1) smelting and casting; (2) hot rolling, wherein a casting blank is controlled and soaked at a temperature of 1200° C.-1250° C.; rolled with the finish rolling temperature being 840° C.-930° C.; cooled at a speed of 20° C./s-70° C./s, and then wound at the winding temperature being 570° C.-630° C.; (3) cold rolling; (4) annealing at the soaking temperature being 750° C.-790° C. for 40 s-200 s, cooling at a speed of 30° C./s-80° C./s, the start temperature of cooling is 650° C. to 730° C., the aging temperature is 200° C. to 260° C., and the overaging time is 100 s to 400 s; and (5) leveling.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cold-rolled or zinc-plated dual-phase steel plate over 980 MPa. After being subjected to hot rolling, coiling, bundling, and online heat preservation, a slab is directly sent to a cold rolling and continuous annealing process, or a cold rolling, continuous annealing, and zinc plating process, so as to obtain a cold-rolled or zinc-plated dual-phase steel plate, wherein the coiling temperature is controlled to be over 450° C. The online thermal preservation means that after uncoiling of each hot-rolled coil, an independent and airtight thermal preservation cover is closed, and the hot-rolled coil with the closed thermal preservation cover is transferred to coil rolling by means of a steel coil conveying chain or a traveling car; the thermal preservation temperature for the hot-rolled coil in the thermal preservation cover is over 450° C., and the thermal preservation duration is less than 20 hours.

The ultrahigh-strength dual-phase steel in the present disclosure has not only good mechanical properties but also excellent delayed cracking resistance and low initial hydrogen content, and can be suitable for manufacturing of vehicle safety structural parts.

By reasonable design of alloy elements and manufacturing processes, the dual-phase steel plate of the invention achieves a strength of 1180 MPa grade at a low cost, obtains a fine and uniform martensite-ferrite dual-phase structure that ensures excellent elongation rate and cold bending performance, and has good formability. The dual-phase steel plate has a yield strength of more than 850 MPa, a tensile strength of more than 1180 MPa, an elongation rate of 8% or more, and a parameter (R/t), characterizing the 90-degree cold bending performance, of 2.5 or less.
