    Abstract: The present invention provides a mask plate, including a shielding region and an opening region. Wherein the shielding region surrounds the opening region, a shape and location of the opening region corresponds to a film forming region and a portion of a bonding region of a sub-pixel such that a thin film encapsulation material which passes the opening region covers the film forming region and the portion of the bonding region of the sub-pixel, and revealing a FPC region and a testing port. Accordingly, the traces of the boning region on the sub-pixel can be covered and protected by the thin film in order to solve the problem that the traces are damaged or broken so that a lighting yield rate is decreased.

The mask housing defines a shadow region and an opening region. The opening region is corresponding to an active area of the flexible OLED panel. The opening region defines a precision mask region, which is corresponding to a bending area of the flexible OLED panel. The precision mask region defines multiple precision openings separated from each other, and each precision opening is corresponding to one or more pixels. The mask provided in the present invention can make multiple modular encapsulation structures, thereby reducing an internal stress of an inorganic encapsulation layer when bending, and further reducing the risk of damage to the inorganic encapsulation layer during repeated bending.

Each of the two salient poles may be located at a respective one of two axial ends of the jagged turntable. The retarder rotor may be connectable to a transmission shaft, and an inner circle of the retarder stator may be coaxial with an outer circle of the retarder rotor. The retarder coil may be an independent coil and disposed between the two salient poles of the retarder rotor. The retarder coil may be affixed to the retarder stator.

The retarder rotor comprises a retarder coil, an electromagnet core and a core cage. The retarder coil is wound on a coil frame. The electromagnet core is inserted into the coil frame. The electromagnet core, the retarder coil and the coil frame are evenly distributed on the circumference of the core cage. The retarder rotor is connected to a transmission shaft of an automobile. The inner circle of the retarder stator and the outer circle of the electromagnet core of the retarder rotor are coaxial. The generator unit comprises a generator exciting winding, a generator exciting magnetic pole, a generator armature winding and a generator armature core and is received in the retarder rotor.

With the scheme of the present invention, when encountering a sudden service suspension, the user who is receiving the MBMS service obtains a reasonable explanation of the suspended service timely, which greatly reduces a negative influence caused to the satisfaction of the user on the operator service, and better avoids the occurrence of an offline situation of the user. Furthermore, after receiving the MBMS suspension indication, the UE informs the user of the indication through the top stratum signaling. Therefore, it is avoided that a large number of users initiating an access request to the service simultaneously or repeatedly.

With this method, every bit switches to its compliment when counting from an even number to an odd number so that imprint is substantially reduced.
