Abstract: A reconfigurable harness board system and method is provided for assembling a wire harness for an electrical panel and comprises a plurality of sub-harness modules. Each module defines a template for a wire harness for a select electrical component for the electrical panel. Select ones of the sub-harness modules are mounted to a frame in a select orientation corresponding to layout of electrical components for the electrical panel to create a harness board for assembling a wire harness for the electrical panel.

Abstract: An exemplary wireless network card includes a wireless network card controller, a bus interface having two input ports and one output port, and a card reader controller, wherein the wireless network card controller and the card reader controller are connected to the inputs port of the bus interface respectively, and the output port of the bus interface is connected to an electronic equipment. The electronic equipment can be linked to a net via the wireless network card controller, and also can receive data transmitted from the card reader read from a memory card.

Abstract: An audio system includes a microprocessor, a digital/analog converter, an amplifier circuit, a feedback circuit, a switch circuit, and an output interface. The digital/analog converter converts digital audio signals from the microprocessor to analog audio signals. The amplifier circuit amplifies the analog audio signals. The feedback circuit controls the amplitude of the amplified analog audio signals. The switch circuit is connected between the amplifier circuit and the output interface and connected to the microprocessor. When the microprocessor does not output digital audio signals, the microprocessor outputs a controlling signal to control the switch circuit to turn off such that the amplifier circuit is disconnected from the output interface.

Abstract: A flat panel display device includes a display, a connecter secured to a bottom of the display, and a stand. The connecter includes a pivot portion and two opposing arm portions extending from the pivot portion. The stand includes a top wall with a receiving space defined thereunder. The top wall defines a mounting channel therein. The mounting channel includes a receiving groove for pivotably receiving the pivot portion of the connecter, and two opposing passing grooves extending from the receiving groove to allow the corresponding arm portions to pass therethrough and enter into the receiving space. The flat panel display device with simple structure is easy for use, assembly and disassembly.

Abstract: A method for testing a burner includes the steps of: providing a rewriter (RW) disk (4) in good burning condition, and inserting the RW disk into a test burner (3) connected to a computer (1); selecting a burner type for the burner; designating a source file to be burned, and setting a counter J=0, a loop time N and a maximum time of fail test M; erasing all data on the RW disk; burning the source file onto the RW disk; determining whether the source file is successfully burned to the RW disk; executing J=J+1 if the source file is successfully burned to the RW disk; repeating the erasing step, the burning step and the determining step, and counting a time of successfully burned process by the counter J, until J=N?M+1 which denotes that the burner is in good burning condition. A related method for testing a RW disk is also provided.

Abstract: An exemplary system for verifying DPI values of computer mice is disclosed. The system comprises: a stepper motor connected with a horizontal servo axle and controlling the horizontal servo axle to perform back and forth movements which drives the computer mice to move in a straight line back and forth; a computer configured for receiving measurement parameters, for sending move instructions to the stepper motor, for recording initial coordinates of a computer pointer of the computer mice and current coordinates of the mouse pointers of the computer mice, and calculating DPI values according to the initial coordinates and the current coordinates; and a servo controller electrically connected between the computer and the stepper motor for sending impulse control signals to control operations of the stepper motor. A related method is also disclosed.
