Abstract: Disclosed herein are deep-learning based systems, methods, and instrumentalities for medical decision-making. A system as described herein may implement an artificial neural network (ANN) that may include multiple encoder neural networks and a decoder neural network. The multiple encoder neural networks may be configured to receive multiple types of patient data (e.g., text and image based patient data) and generate respective encoded representations of the patient data. The decoder neural network (e.g., a transformer decoder) may be configured to receive the encoded representations and generate a medical decision, a medical summary, or a medical questionnaire based on the encoded representations. In examples, the decoder neural network may be configured to implement a large language model (LLM) that may be pre-trained for performing the aforementioned tasks.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for forming a backside illumination CMOS image sensor, including: providing a first substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other; forming a photoelectric epitaxial layer on the second surface, wherein the photoelectric epitaxial layer has a third surface and a fourth surface opposite to each other, and the second surface is adjacent to the third surface, wherein the photoelectric epitaxial layer is includes a groove extending from the fourth surface to the third surface, and the photoelectric epitaxial layer includes a plurality of first doped areas and a plurality of second doped areas surrounding the plurality of first doped areas respectively; forming a device layer after forming the groove and the photoelectric epitaxial layer; and forming an isolation layer in the groove. The method can reduce generation of dark current and improve performance of the CMOS image sensor.

Abstract: An image sensor and a method for forming the image sensor are provided. The method includes: providing a substrate; patterning the substrate to form a plurality of columnar structures configured in an array, wherein a first trench, a second trench, and a third trench are configured between adjacent columnar structures and respectively along a first direction, a second direction, and a third direction, side walls of the columnar structures perpendicular to the first direction are (110) crystal faces, and oblique sections of the columnar structures perpendicular to the third direction are (100) crystal faces; and forming a doped epitaxial layer in the first trench, the second trench and the cross trench. Therefore, for the image sensor, an upper part of the cross trench is improved with little defects after the cross trench is full filled, which can effectively reduce white pixels and thus improve the performance of the image sensor.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of liquid-cooled heat dissipation, and in particular to an integrated liquid-cooled heat dissipation device. The heat dissipation device includes a first water chamber, a pumping device and a first interface. The first interface is mounted on one side of the first water chamber. The pumping device is provided in an embedded manner in the first water chamber, and the pumping device includes a water pump water chamber which is in communication with the first interface and an interior of the first water chamber. An objective of the present invention is to provide an integrated liquid-cooled heat dissipation device, which, through the rational design of a pumping device and a heat dissipation device, solves the problem that the integrated pumping and dissipation structure cannot meet the general space requirements.

Abstract: The screw-type pumping device includes a water pump shell, a stator and a rotor. The water pump shell is provided with a first cavity for accommodating the stator and a second cavity for accommodating the rotor. At one end close to the second cavity, the water pump shell is provided with an outwardly-extending water pump water chamber, the water pump water chamber is internally provided with a screw configured to rotate coaxially with the rotor, and the water pump water chamber is provided with a first water port and a second water port which are in communication with the water pump water chamber. An objective of the present invention is to provide a screw-type pumping device and a liquid-cooled heat dissipation device. The newly designed screw-type pumping device can output higher hydraulic pressure while having a smaller vibration during high-speed rotation and a prolonged service life.

The isolation structure isolates the plurality of the photodiodes from each other to form an array structure, and a closed air cavity structure is formed in the isolation structure between two adjacent photodiodes. A method for manufacturing an image sensor includes: providing a base layer; selectively etching the base layer to form a deep trench in a photosensitive area of the base layer; the deep trench extending from the first surface to the second surface of the base layer in a longitudinal direction to divide the base layer into device units arranged in an array; and gradually growing an epitaxial layer on the surface of the deep trench by means of an epitaxial growth process, so that the space in the deep trench tapers to form a closed air cavity structure.

Abstract: A method for making a deep trench isolation of a CIS device includes: growing a first epitaxial layer on a substrate; forming a hard mask layer on the first epitaxial layer; performing photolithography and etching processes to form deep trenches arranged longitudinally and transversely in the first epitaxial layer; forming a second epitaxial layer in the deep trenches; performing a thermal oxidation process to form a first oxide layer on the surface of the second epitaxial layer; completely filling the deep trenches with polysilicon; performing a back-etching process to expose sidewalls of the first oxide layer in the deep trenches; forming a second oxide layer on the top of the polysilicon; removing the hard mask layer and the first oxide layer above the second oxide layer; rapidly growing a third epitaxial layer; and performing a CMP process to form a deep trench isolation on the substrate.

The method comprises: receiving a video switching instruction to determine a display device corresponding to a to-be-played video; determining whether there is a currently played video in the determined display device; if so, determining a task identifier corresponding to the currently played video; closing the currently played video according to the task identifier; and sending the video to be played to the display device for playing. When the video played in the display device needs to be switched, the task identifier corresponding to the currently played video in the display device is determined first, and the video is closed according to the task identifier. Then, the to-be-played video is sent to the display device for playing. This shows that the currently played video is normally shutdown, thereby avoiding an unknown error caused by abnormal closing of the video.
