    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and device for assessing a lifecycle of a component. In an embodiment, the method includes: obtaining, using a simulation device, model description information that corresponds to component models of some or all components in the production line; obtaining at least one piece of data information that is needed by at least one component model that corresponds to the model description information; performing event marking based on the event information on the obtained data information; obtaining component status information of a corresponding component of each model based on the marked data information; and generating a corresponding analysis report based on the component status information from. An advantage of an embodiment is that, a failure mode, a key module, and a measurement rule no longer rely on manual operations and experience of an expert. Instead corresponding information may be precisely provided by using a PLM system.

The UE may identify a delay based on receiving the paging message or the downlink alert message, a measurement of a communication link satisfying a threshold, or any combination thereof. The other communication device may use the second report to determine the available transmission power for uplink control transmissions over the second component carrier. The UE may receive first satellite location information from a base station or a satellite, via a broadcast message. The UE may receive second satellite location information from the wireless network node via a unicast message, where both the first satellite location information and the second satellite location information relate to a same satellite.     Abstract: User equipment associated with a legacy network may utilize a bottom-to-top search technique to identify relevant control channel samples. Generating a control channel that is configured for the bottom-to-top search technique may lead to poor performance in a single-carrier waveform, which may be disadvantageous as networks move toward New Radio. In some aspects, described herein, a base station generates a control channel that is configured to minimize gaps in the control channel, and a user equipment performs a top-to-bottom search technique to identify relevant control channel samples. By using the top-to-bottom search technique, degradation of single-carrier waveforms is reduced and efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: A base station may make more efficient use of resources by transmitting data in a control region of a slot in addition to a data region. In order to avoid performance loss, the base station may adjust the data transmission in the control region in comparison to a data transmission in a data region and may signal an indication to a UE to assist the UE in receiving the data transmission in the control region. An apparatus for wireless communication at the UE receives the indication from the base station regarding the data transmission in the control region and uses the indication to perform rate matching or demodulation of the data transmission in the control region. The indication may indicate any of a different MCS/rank/TPR, a reduced MCS/rank/TPR, an MCS/rank/TPR delta, a control span for a group of UEs, and a starting symbol for the data transmission. The indication may also indicate that there is no data transmitted on resources in the control region.
