  • Publication number: 20210138215
Abstract: An in-plane metal microneedle array and a manufacturing method therefor is disclosed. A large-size metal sheet is cut into small metal sheets. Inner sides of the upper and the lower cover plates of the tooling are provided with grooves matched with the sizes of the small metal sheets. Through holes are formed at edges around the cover plates. The metal sheets are placed in the grooves and fastened through bolts. The geometry and the size of a sheet microneedle array are designed, and a CAD model of the plane microneedles is built. A wire path is cut according to the CAD model. A few materials are reserved on both sides of substrates of the microneedle array without cutting. The unprocessed parts on both sides of the microneedle substrate are cut to obtain an in-plane metal microneedle array with a plurality of microneedle bodies.

  • Patent number: 10987522
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for segmenting medical image. Embodiments of the present disclosure may locate and track a moving, three-dimensional (3D) target in a patient undergoing image-guided radiation therapy. For example, an adaptive filter model for a region of interest in the patient may be received, wherein the adaptive filter model is based on the target to be tracked. An image acquisition device may obtain a two-dimensional (2D) slice of a region of interest in the patient. A processor may then apply the adaptive filter model to the 2D slice, wherein the adaptive filter model includes an offset value. The processor may also determine a location of the target in the 2D slice based on the adaptive filter model. The processor may also estimate a potential location of the target based on the offset value. The processor may then repeat one or more of the above steps to track the moving target during image-guided radiation therapy of the patient.

  • Publication number: 20210055035
Abstract: An air-cooled refrigerator and a control method, a control system and controller for defrosting thereof are provided. The high-temperature air of the air-cooled refrigerator exchanges heat with the evaporator in the air duct and is sent into a refrigerating compartment through the operation of a fan; when the evaporator is gradually frosted, the heat-exchanged air suffers the resistance from the frosts on the evaporator during the flow and the fan slows down. Based on this principle, the fan speed can directly correspond to the frost accumulation mass of the evaporator. The actual frost accumulation mass of the evaporator can be directly determined by determining the fan speed. When the fans peed is decreased to a certain low speed, it means that there is much frost on the evaporator and the defrosting needs to be started timely.
