The method includes no high hydrostatic pressure treatment. A concentration of the anthocyanin in the mixed solution ranges from 0.05 mM to 0.2 m. The anthocyanin is cyanidin-3-glucoside, the protein is selected from human serum albumin or lysozyme, a final concentration of the human serum albumin, if present, in the mixed solution ranges from 0.1 mM to 2 mM, and a final concentration of the lysozyme, if present, ranges from 0.8 mM to 1.5 mM. Alternatively, the anthocyanin is malvidin-3-glucoside, the protein is selected from human serum albumin or bovine serum albumin, and the final concentration ranges from 0.1 mM to 0.5 mM.
