A tip portion of the needle can pass through the clamping port during use. When using the ocular injection assembly, the clamping port of the sleeve is contacted with and pressed against the ocular tissue at the injection site to cause the ocular tissue at the injection site to protrude into the sleeve, which can significantly improve the success rate of the injection.
