    Abstract: An off-road vehicle includes a frame and an engine. The engine includes a cylinder block and a cylinder head, on which an exhaust passage is arranged. The cylinder head is provided with a supplementary air supply passage for mixing air into the exhaust gas discharged from the combustion chamber. Alternatively, the supplementary air supply passage can be included in the exhaust system, such as in a cylinder head mounting flange of the exhaust pipe, upstream of an oxygen sensor and first and second stage catalytic converters. The exhaust gas from the engine is further oxidized by air, which reduces the content of components such as CO and NOx in the exhaust gas, improving environmental protection.

The VIM-furnace smelting method comprises a smelting step performed in a VIM furnace, and a casting step, wherein at a later stage of smelting, a nitrogen-containing substance is added to the VIM furnace to adjust the content of N. In the present disclosure, by comprehensively improving the raw materials, the smelting process, etc., the yield of N during a VIM-furnace smelting process is increased and accurate control over the content of N in the high-temperature alloy is achieved, such that a target content of nitrogen can be guaranteed, and an ideal product can thus be obtained.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a privacy-preserving neural network prediction system in the technical field of information security. The system includes a client, a server and a third party device. Off-line, the client, the server and the third party complete model parameter sharing through negotiation. Online, the client sends/shares input data to the server. The client and the server use a secure calculating protocol to jointly execute neural network prediction with privacy preservation. The server returns an obtained prediction result to the client, and the client reconstructs the prediction result. Only one round of communication interaction is required, and the amount of communication overhead is reduced, so that the communication efficiency significantly improves. The calculations in the present system may be based on a ring, rather than a domain. The present system also (re)customizes the offline protocol, which improves the offline efficiency and requires only a lightweight secret sharing operation.

The method includes the following steps: acquiring a video sequence of a juvenile fish, dividing a fish body into five non-overlapping parts, performing semantic annotation on the five non-overlapping parts, and taking the five non-overlapping parts as an input of the multi-scale cascaded perceptual convolutional neural network; and using a convolutional layer as a feature extractor, performing feature extraction on an input image containing the annotation of each limb, inputting extracted features into an Attention-region proposal network (RPN) structure, determining a category of each pixel, and generating a limb mask of each limb category using a multi-scale cascade method. According to the method, the limbs of the juvenile fish can be efficiently and accurately identified, and technical support is provided for posture quantification of the juvenile fish.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a bioretrosynthetic method and system based on an AND-OR tree and single-step reaction template prediction. The method decomposes generation of a retrosynthetic pathway of a target molecule into multiple steps of the single-step reaction template prediction when conducting retrosynthesis on the target molecule. During the single-step reaction template prediction, a substrate molecule of the reaction template predicted in a previous step is used as a product molecule of a current reaction template to be predicted. Molecular characteristics of the product molecule are subjected to custom calculation using a SMILES sequence of the product molecule as an input, to be compatible with various single-step reaction template prediction models. The reaction template is determined according to a prediction result of the model, and extended based on a structure of the AND-OR tree. As a result, a potential synthetic pathway is found for the target molecule.
