    Abstract: A preparation method of an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monoclonal antibody (mAb)-induced autoimmune myocarditis model is provided, including: mediating a model with adeno-associated virus 9 (AAV9) to achieve the high expression of PDL1 in a myocardial tissue, and applying an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 mAb to the model with high PDL1 expression in the myocardial tissue for modeling. The present disclosure also provides use of an animal model prepared by the preparation method. The model prepared by the present disclosure truly simulates the pathogenesis and clinical course of autoimmune myocarditis in a patient administered with an anti-PD1/PD-L1 mAb, is close to a pathophysiological status of a clinical patient, has a high modeling rate, and can be dynamically monitored.

    Abstract: Text profiles can be leveraged to select and configure models according to some examples described herein. In one example, a system can analyze a reference textual dataset and a target textual dataset using text-mining techniques to generate a first text profile and a second text profile, respectively. The first text profile can contain first metrics characterizing the reference textual dataset and the second text profile can contain second metrics characterizing the target textual dataset. The system can determine a similarity value by comparing the first text profile to the second text profile. The system can also receive a user selection of a model that is to be applied to the target textual dataset. The system can then generate an insight relating to an anticipated accuracy of the model on the target textual dataset based on the similarity value. The system can output the insight to the user.

    Abstract: A light modulated electron source utilizes a photon-beam source to modulate the emission current of an electron beam emitted from a silicon-based field emitter. The field emitter's cathode includes a protrusion fabricated on a silicon substrate and having an emission tip covered by a coating layer. An extractor generates an electric field that attracts free electrons toward the emission tip for emission as part of the electron beam. The photon-beam source generates a photon beam including photons having an energy greater than the bandgap of silicon, and includes optics that direct the photon beam onto the emission tip, whereby each absorbed photon creates a photo-electron that combines with the free electrons to enhance the electron beam's emission current. A controller modulates the emission current by controlling the intensity of the photon beam applied to the emission tip. A monitor measures the electron beam and provides feedback to the controller.

    Abstract: Transaction consistency query support is available for replicated data from recovery log to external data stores. An external data store is populated with records using entries of a change data table. The change data table has entries for each transaction that has committed and is to be replicated, and each of the entries stores information for each log entry in a recovery log from a database management system. Each log entry identifies a transactional change of data and a transaction completion indicator of one of commit and abort. In response to receiving a query about a transaction of the transactions, a set of records are retrieved from the external data store for the transaction. From the set of records, records whose sequence identifier values are larger than a maximum transaction commit sequence identifier are removed. From the set of records, remaining records having transaction consistency are returned.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a camera design (e.g., an eyeball camera) that mimics a human eye in geometry, optical performance and/or motion. The eyeball camera adopts the same cornea and pupil geometry from the human eye, and has the iris and pupil configured with multiple texture, color or diameter options. The resolution of the eyeball camera is designed to match the acuity of typical 20/20 human vision, and focus is adjusted from 0 to 4 diopters. A pair of eyeball cameras are mounted independently on two hexapods to simulate the human eye gaze and vergence. The perceived virtual and real world are calibrated and evaluated based on eye conditions like pupil location and gaze using the eyeball cameras. The eyeball camera serves as a bridge to combine the data from spatial computing like eye tracking, 3D geometry of the digital world, display color accuracy/uniformity, and display optical quality (sharpness, contrast, etc.).

The GOS structure includes a silicon substrate having a top surface, a dielectric layer disposed on the top surface of the silicon substrate, and at least one layer of graphene disposed on a top surface of the dielectric layer. A metal contact may be formed on the top surface of the graphene layer. The GOS structure has several advantages for use in an illumination source, such as low operating voltage (below 50 V), planar surface electron emission, and compatibility with standard semiconductor processes. The broadband ultraviolet illumination source further includes electrodes placed inside the enclosure or magnets placed outside the enclosure to increase the current density.
