    Abstract: A rock true-triaxial testing system based on computerized tomography (CT) scanning aims to solve problems in the prior art, that is, the rigidity of the frame in the testing system is insufficient; high-pressure lines, wires, and signal lines are entangled when rotating; and the reaction frame and loading actuators obstruct the ray. The rock true-triaxial testing system includes a true-triaxial loading system and a high-energy accelerator-based CT scanning system, where the high-energy accelerator-based CT scanning system is located inside the true-triaxial loading system, and the high-energy accelerator-based CT scanning system is configured to image an internal structure of a cubic rock sample and continuously apply a stress to the cubic rock sample through a plurality of piston extension rods in the true-triaxial loading system. The rock true-triaxial testing system reduces radiation attenuation, and ensures imaging quality and a stable and smooth loading process.

The robot-assisted interception module estimates a movement direction of the virtual moving object, generates an interception and guidance force field, and therefore generates assisting force to assist the user in interception.     Abstract: An adaptive control method and system for an upper limb rehabilitation robot based on a game theory and surface Electromyography (sEMG) is disclosed. A movement trajectory that a robot is controlled to run within a training time is designed during subject operation. An sEMG-based Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) muscle force estimation model establishes a nonlinear dynamic relationship between an sEMG signal and end force by constructing a three-layer neural network. A human-computer interaction system is analyzed by the game theory principle, and a role of the robot is deduced. The control rate between the robot and a subject is updated by Nash equilibrium, and adaptive weight factors of the robot and the subject are determined. The robot adaptively adjusts the training mode thereof according to a movement intention of the subject during operation and a weight coefficient obtained by the game theory principle.

A mitotic metric quantifying a spatial distribution of the plurality of mitotic figures within the biological sample may be determined based on the plurality of mitotic figures in the biological sample. A tumor grade for the tumor tissue present in the biological sample may be determined based on the mitotic metric. In some cases, at least one of a disease diagnosis, a disease progression, a disease burden, a treatment response, and a survival prognosis for a patient associated with the biological sample may be determined based on the tumor grade.     Abstract: The present invention provides a colletotrichum transcription factor CsATF1 and its application thereof; the gene which contains 2 introns, encodes 536 amino acids and contains 3 Aft1 domains and 1 BRLZ (basic leucine zipper) domain is an ATF transcription factor in a bZIP transcription factor family. The results of experiments show that the transcription factor is involved in regulating sensitivity of fungi to pyrrole agents such as fludioxonil, indicating that CsATF1 can be applied in preparing a bactericidal enhancer.
